  • milk – 100 ml;
  • chicken fillet – 600 g;
  • white loaf crumb or crushed crackers – 50 g;
  • onion head – 60 g;
  • odorless vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • dill (or any greens) – 20 g;
  • salt.

Ingredients required for the sauce:

  • cream with a fat content of at least 10% - 300 ml;
  • flour – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • spices;
  • salt.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces.
  2. Divide the onion into several parts and add to the meat.
  3. Grind the onion and chicken in a meat grinder.
  4. Soak the loaf crumb in milk. If you use ground crackers, add them to the milk.
  5. Combine the milk-bread mass with minced chicken.
  6. Chop the dill and add to the minced meat.
  7. Salt the resulting mixture to taste.
  8. Form small balls from the prepared minced meat.
  9. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  10. Fry until golden brown.
  11. While the meat balls are fried, make the sauce: add flour, spices, and salt to the pre-chilled cream.
  12. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  13. Pour the sauce into the chicken balls and cover the pan with a lid. Leave to simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
  14. As soon as the meatballs are cooked, sprinkle them with herbs and serve.

It is better to serve the meatballs immediately after cooking, so the taste of the dish will be revealed in the best possible way. Spaghetti or boiled new potatoes go perfectly with chicken balls. And kids will love the combination of mashed potatoes with tender meatballs.

Chicken balls in original cream and orange sauce

When the usual recipes are boring, and you want something non-standard, we recommend preparing this delicious dish with a delicate taste and subtle citrus aroma.

Take:

  • chicken fillet – 0.5 kg
  • orange – 1 pc.
  • cream – 150 ml
  • Italian herbs – 0.5 tsp
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • soy sauce – 1 teaspoon

Heat the cream, add freshly squeezed orange juice and about a teaspoon of zest. Meanwhile, grind the fillets with a blender or meat grinder, add soy sauce, pepper, salt and chopped garlic. We form small balls, fry in a minimum amount of oil, then pour hot sauce over them and simmer under the lid for about 10 minutes. When serving, you can garnish with orange slices.

For this variation of chicken meatballs you will need:

  • chicken fillet – 500 g;
  • onion head;
  • egg;
  • hard cheese – 150 g;
  • heavy cream – 200 ml;
  • ground pepper;

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Wash the chicken meat and dry it.
  2. Cover the meat with cling film and beat with a kitchen hammer.
  3. Cut the soft meat into very small pieces.
  4. Peel the onion and chop it.
  5. In a bowl, mix pieces of meat, onion, ground pepper, and salt.
  6. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to obtain a uniform mass. Chopped minced meat is ready.
  7. Next, grease the bottom and walls of the baking dish with a small amount of cream (1-2 tsp).
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  9. Form meatballs from the minced meat and distribute them on a baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.

While the meatballs are in the oven, you should start preparing the cream cheese sauce.

  1. Grate the cheese.
  2. Place the grated cheese in a bowl and pour in the cream.
  3. Mix all sauce ingredients well.
  4. After 15 minutes, remove the pan from the oven.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken balls.
  6. Return the pan with the meatballs to the oven for 15 minutes until done.

  8. Bake the pieces at a temperature of 180 degrees for fifteen minutes.

  9. In the meantime, let's start preparing our sauce. Grind the cheese and place it in a bowl.
  10. Add the cream and squeeze the garlic cloves through a press.

  11. Carefully remove the baking sheet and pour the cream cheese sauce over the balls.
  12. Bake them at the same temperature for another fifteen minutes. Ready!

With sour cream sauce in the oven

Sour cream is also perfect for preparing a creamy sauce for chicken meatballs. This gravy will be richer, thicker and richer.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 500 g;
  • sour cream – 200 ml;
  • odorless oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • carrot;
  • ground pepper;
  • spices;
  • salt.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Prepare minced chicken fillet.
  2. Form into balls. Place the semi-finished products on a greased baking sheet or frying pan.
  3. Place the chicken balls in the oven to bake for a quarter of an hour at 180 degrees. If you want to enjoy a golden brown crust on your meatballs, you can fry them in a frying pan.
  4. At this time, start preparing the sauce in another frying pan: pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan, then saute the pre-peeled and grated carrots.
  5. When the carrots become soft, add tomato paste and sour cream to the pan.
  6. Salt the sauce and season with spices to taste.
  7. When the sauce boils, pour it into the chicken balls and leave them to simmer in a frying pan over low heat, or place the pan in the oven until cooked.

Chicken meatballs in sour cream sauce perfectly complement vegetables. They can also be served as an independent dish.

Tender chicken balls in creamy cheese sauce

Ingredients : Chicken fillet - 500 g Onion - 1 pc. Egg - 1 pc. Garlic - 3 cloves Cream - 200 ml Hard cheese - 150 g

Preparation : 1. Chicken fillet needs to be lightly beaten and finely chopped (I forgot to beat it, but the fillet was slightly frozen and it was easy to cut finely) 2. Then add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper, beat the egg.


3. Mix well. 4. Now take a mold, grease it with cream and form small balls from the prepared mass and place them in the mold. (I rolled them a little in flour, otherwise I couldn’t form a ball)


5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180*C for 10-15 minutes. 6. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: grate the cheese on a fine grater, squeeze in the garlic and mix with cream. Now remove the pan from the oven, pour the filling over each ball and place in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.


The cheese will melt and flow, and the cream will soak the balls and you will have a gorgeous homemade dish! Stewed vegetables or salad are a good side dish.

  4. Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour, fry a little.
  5. Pour in cream or sour cream, stir well and wait until the mixture begins to boil.
  6. Add salt and season the sauce to taste.
  7. Squeeze the garlic through a press and add to the sauce.
  8. Add creamy sauce with garlic to meatballs.
  9. Bake or simmer for 2-3 minutes over low heat. Afterwards, you can immediately serve the dish to the table.

Don't worry if the sauce is runny and doesn't set during cooking. It will thicken after cooling.

If you are trying to diversify your diet as much as possible and include not only tasty, but also healthy foods, then this recipe is just a godsend for you. It turns out very unusual and appetizing.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 3 pcs.
  • spinach – 50 g
  • parsley – 10 g
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • oregano – 2 g
  • egg – 1 pc.
  • breadcrumbs - 1 table. spoon
  • cream – 1 glass
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • curry and nutmeg – 2 g each
  • pepper and salt - to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce – 3 drops
  • butter and vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon each
  • flour – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • butter – 15 g

Add grated onion and garlic, finely chopped parsley and spinach to the minced chicken. Add in the egg, oregano, pepper and salt, and add a little sauce. In a mixture of butter and vegetable oil, fry chicken balls made from cooked minced meat. Fry the flour in butter, add the cream and mix very thoroughly. Cook the sauce until thick, then add mustard and spices, pour over the meatballs. Place the pan in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. This time is enough for the meat balls to absorb the taste and juiciness of the spicy sauce.
