- 2 eggs;
- 400 g condensed milk;
- 0.5 cups sugar;

Preparation

Step-by-step preparation of cherry and nut pie
1. Take a deep bowl to prepare the dough. Break eggs into it and add sugar. Beat the mixture with a mixer. It is not necessary to beat until fluffy peaks form. You just need to connect everything well.
2. Next, add butter and mix again, achieving a homogeneous mass. The butter must be softened; to do this, it must be removed from the refrigerator several hours before preparing the dish and left at room temperature.
3. Combine flour with baking powder and sift through a sieve several times. This will give the cake more tenderness and airiness. Add vanilla sugar and mix all dry ingredients with liquid. Gently mix the dough with a silicone spatula until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. In appearance it should resemble very thick sour cream.
4. Take a springform pan and line it with parchment paper. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan generously with butter. Place the dough into it and spread it evenly over the entire surface with a silicone or wooden spatula. At this stage, you can turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
5. The cherries need to be defrosted in advance; to do this, you need to remove them from the freezer at least 5 hours before preparing the pie.
