  3. In another deep bowl, pour dry oatmeal (100 g), cane sugar (100 g), flour (80 g), diced cold butter (100 g) and mix the products intensively, rubbing the butter with your hands to obtain a thick, homogeneous oatmeal. flour mixture.
  4. Now you need to prepare the baking dish. If it is non-stick or silicone, you don't have to do anything. In other cases, it is recommended to grease the surface with a small amount of butter or use parchment paper and line the bottom of the pan with it. 3. Place the pan in the microwave at maximum power for 4 to 6 minutes until the apples are completely softened.

7. Pour gelatin into the apple mixture in a thin stream and beat everything again.

8. Pour the apple dessert into bowls and refrigerate for 1.5 – 2 hours until completely set.


9. Meanwhile, prepare caramel sauce for the apple dessert. To do this, pour sugar into a small frying pan, add water and place over medium heat.


10. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until brown caramel forms.

Attention! It is important not to overheat the caramel so that it does not burn. Once the sugar syrup starts to brown, you need to be prepared and remove the caramel from the heat after a few seconds.


11. With constant stirring, first add butter to the caramel, and then gradually pour in the cream.
