  • creamy processed cheese – 2 pcs. (100 g each);
  • large chicken eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • fresh garlic – 3 medium-sized cloves;
  • ground pepper and iodized salt – add to taste;
  • high-calorie mayonnaise - add at your personal discretion;
  • fresh dill - a large bunch;
  • fresh carrots – ½ vegetable.

Potato salad with quail eggs and sorrel

This hearty vitamin salad will captivate you with the extraordinary aroma of spring greens! Mustard dressing gently sets off the sourness of sorrel and lightly salted cucumbers.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 6 quail eggs
  • 1 bundle sorrel
  • 4 new potatoes
  • 2 lightly salted cucumbers
  • parsley to taste
  • cilantro to taste
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil

Preparation

Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins. When cool, cut into slices. Boil the eggs until tender, peel.

Cut the onion into thin half rings. Place the potatoes and onions in a bowl, season with mustard, salt and pepper, and stir.

Cut the sorrel and cucumbers into thin strips, chop the greens. Place the prepared ingredients in a bowl. Pour in sunflower oil and stir.

Place the salad on a flat dish and top with quail egg halves.

Forming the Egg Salad

A salad with cheese and eggs is quite easy to form. To do this, mix ingredients such as processed cheese, garlic, eggs, mayonnaise, as well as salt and pepper in a separate bowl. After you have formed a homogeneous aromatic mass, you need to divide it into two parts and add fresh dill and grated carrots to them, respectively. As a result of these actions, you should end up with two salads, green and orange. They should be placed in tartlets or on slices of sandwich bread, and then immediately presented to the table.

If you want to serve a salad with cheese and eggs to guests in a common plate, then all ingredients (except garlic) must be grated on a coarse grater. And the carrots must be boiled first.

“Spring” salad with green onions and egg

What ingredients are needed to make a delicious, filling and nutritious salad? Cheese, eggs, ham and bell peppers are the main ingredients we need to create a holiday appetizer.

So, we need:

  • large chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • bell pepper (it is advisable to purchase only red) – 1 pc.;
  • aromatic ham – about 120 g;
  • hard cheese – 110 g;
  • sweet onion – 1 small head;
  • sour cream mayonnaise – add to taste;
  • fresh small cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
  • fresh herbs - add to taste.

Vegetable salad

Ingredients:

  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • leek - 2 stalks;
  • celery – 1 pc.;
  • tomato – 1 pc.;
  • green peas – 50 g;
  • parsley – 50 g;
  • apple - 2 pcs.;
  • olive oil – 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • vinegar – 2 teaspoons;
  • salt and sugar - a pinch.

Grate carrots and apples into thin long strips, onion and celery into thin slices. Cut the tomato into small cubes, chop the parsley. Mix everything, add boiled green peas, pour in oil, vinegar and add a pinch of sugar and salt.

How to quickly and easily prepare a hearty salad? Cheese, egg, garlic and crackers are almost all we need to create an instant snack. And in order for it to turn out tasty, all proportions must be observed.

So, to prepare a fragrant and satisfying salad, we may need the following components:

  • hard cheese – 130 g;
  • wheat bread crackers (it’s better to make your own) – a few handfuls;
  • large eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • fresh garlic - a couple of cloves;
  • canned corn – 1 jar;
  • sour cream mayonnaise – 160 g (for dressing).

Recipe 4: Thai Egg Salad

Europeans are very fond of exotic cuisine thanks to new original tastes. In order to get acquainted with the cuisine of another country, you don’t have to go on a trip - you can prepare an original dish yourself.

Required ingredients:

  • A dozen boiled eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 pcs. chili pepper
  • A quarter cup of soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • Vegetable oil

Cooking method:

We cut the onion and chili into half rings, cut the garlic into small slices and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: pour soy sauce into a saucepan and pour half a glass of granulated sugar into it. Our sauce will be ready when the sugar dissolves. So, to prepare the salad you need to purchase the following products:

  • pickled champignons – 150 g;
  • sweet onion - a small head;
  • large boiled carrots – 1 pc.;
  • country eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • hard cheese – about 120 g;

  • fatty mayonnaise – approximately 160 g;

Salad: cucumbers, eggs and green onions

If you like the combination of cucumbers, green onions and eggs, then this salad will suit your taste.

For it you will need:

  • fresh crispy cucumber – 2-3 pcs;
  • green onion feather - 10 stems;
  • 2 fresh eggs;
  • add sour cream and salt to taste.

The salad can be prepared in 20 minutes. One serving contains 180 kcal

Take only fresh, crispy cucumbers and juicy green onions. Cut the vegetable into cubes and finely chop the greens. Season everything with sour cream.

Add a couple of boiled eggs to this vitamin mixture. You can choose a different cooking method - hard-boiled or soft-boiled. But the pinnacle is the poached egg. Of course, preparing it is not at all easy.

As you know, to prepare all the salads described above, only boiled chicken eggs are required. To prepare them, you should use a deep bowl, into which you need to add not only water, but also a pinch of salt. To make chicken eggs hard-boiled, after the liquid boils strongly, it is advisable to cook them for at least 7-10 minutes. After this, the finished product must be placed under running cold water and kept until completely cooled. By boiling eggs in this way, you will get an elastic salad ingredient that comes off the shell well.

Egg salad - preparing food and dishes

The vessel for boiling chicken eggs should be selected based on how many eggs you plan to boil. It is advisable to choose a saucepan in which the eggs will be located close to each other. If you choose a large bowl for boiling two or three eggs, they will begin to “travel” through it, and as a result, hit each other and crack. Of course, to make egg salad, we need hard-boiled eggs.

Many housewives add salt to the water when boiling eggs, and this can really help them not burst during the cooking process. Boiling eggs has several important rules that are recommended to be followed to achieve the best result. However, many housewives neglect them and create their own cooking methods. First of all, do not eat rotten eggs. Not sure about their quality? It’s very simple to check: pour warm water into a deep bowl, pour some salt into it and drop in the eggs one at a time. Fresh eggs will sink to the bottom, eggs that have been in the refrigerator for two weeks will stand on a sharp end, and unusable ones will float to the top.

Well, then the process is very simple: put the eggs in the prepared bowl, fill with cold water and put on fire. For hard-boiled eggs, cook after boiling for about 7 minutes. Place the dishes with the prepared eggs under running cold water and cool. Some housewives are afraid of various diseases and food poisoning from chicken eggs, and therefore cook them literally for several hours. This method can only harm the taste of the eggs, so there is no need for it - seven minutes will be enough.

By the way, for some salads, eggs can be prepared in another way, for example, they can be fried. Only before this you will need to not just break them up and pour them into a frying pan, but break them into a separate bowl, lightly beat them, add spices or a little flour. Bake something like egg pancakes from the resulting mixture. Cooled pancakes are cut as required by the recipe. In egg salad, eggs can be grated, cut into cubes or mashed with a fork. Some appetizers require you to remove the yolk and chop only it, leaving the whites whole.

The light salad “Tenderness” contains a small amount of ingredients – and this is its advantage: due to this, its preparation time is reduced. The salad contains the following ingredients (for 2 servings):

  1. Fresh chicken egg - 4 pieces. An average egg weighs 50 g, without a shell - 45 g, while the weight of the white is 27 g, the yolk - 18 g (the weight of the shell is about 10% of the rest of the weight of the egg, the white - 55%, the yolk - 35%). The calorie content of an egg is 79 kcal, it contains: protein – 6.5 kcal, fat – 5 kcal, carbohydrates – 0.5 kcal.
  2. Garlic - from two to four cloves (add according to your taste). If you don’t like its spiciness, then you can add dry garlic to the salad. However, the taste of the salad will change: the notes of garlic will not be as rich (this is not for everyone).

    Garlic is used in cooking as a seasoning, adding it to meat, vegetable and cottage cheese dishes, soups and marinades. The calorie content of garlic is 143 kcal per 100 g of product. One clove of garlic contains 23 kcal: protein – 3.2 kcal; fat – 0 kcal; carbohydrates – 2.5 kcal.

  3. Add salt to taste. Salt is perhaps the only product in which there are no calories, and the benefits from it are quite great: without it, our body simply cannot exist, moderate salt consumption is simply necessary for life. Salt is one of the most popular spices, which adds flavor to foods and dishes; its calorie content is 0.
  4. Add ground black pepper to taste. This ingredient is used in the preparation of all types of meat, fish, tomatoes, and canned vegetables. The bitter-burning taste and strong aroma of ground black pepper is explained by the content of essential oils in it in an amount of 1 to 2% and the alkaloid piperine from 5 to 9%.

    The calorie content of ground black pepper is 251 kcal per 100 g of product. 50 g of pepper contains 125 kcal: protein – 5.2 kcal; fat – 1.5 kcal; carbohydrates – 19.1 kcal.

  5. Dressing – mayonnaise or any fermented milk product. In mayonnaise – 629 kcal per 100 g of product: in a topped tablespoon – 15 g (94.4 kcal), in a topped teaspoon – 4 g (25.2 kcal). In general, depending on the type of mayonnaise, one tablespoon can contain from 40 to 130 calories.

I prefer to eat “Tenderness” salad with mayonnaise; you can make it yourself at home, which will be much tastier and healthier. There are recipes for making homemade mayonnaise with milk without sunflower oil.

Recipe 5: Egg Salad for Sandwiches

A simple combination of boiled eggs with pickled cucumbers will allow you to create the perfect nutritious breakfast for yourself with minimal effort. This filling is very convenient to prepare in advance and use when necessary.

Required ingredients:

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • Jar of pickled gherkins
  • 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • 1 French loaf
  • Fresh herbs
  • 150 g bacon

Cooking method:

Finely chop all ingredients and mix with mayonnaise. This egg salad can be used to make toast and sandwiches with toasted bread, or you can do it a little differently: make deep cuts along the entire length of the French loaf, place the salad there, wrap the loaf in foil and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
