Preparation:

  1. Peel the beet roots.

  3. Fill the beets with filtered water, put them on the stove and boil until tender.

  4. Let the boiled beets cool.
  5. Remove the skin from the cucumbers.
  6. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
