  • 5 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
  • Onion head;
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste;

Cooking steps:

  1. Washed, peeled potatoes are cut into 1 cm thick slices. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Washed meat, roll in a mixture of spices. Place potatoes and onions in a deep enough oven dish and place meat on top.
  3. Tomato paste is added to the mold. Next, all the products are poured with water so that it covers all the ingredients.
  4. Place the mold in a hot oven and cook for 1 hour at 200°.
  5. Chicken with potatoes turns out very tender, aromatic and tasty.

Chicken legs under cheese in the oven with potatoes

The original recipe will create an excellent dish. Which will look with dignity both at home and at the holiday table. Cheese on chicken with potatoes gives it a special unique taste and aroma.

Required Products:

  • 6 pcs. chicken legs;
  • Onion 1 pc.,
  • 500 grams of potatoes;
  • 200 grams of cheese;
  • Salt, ground black pepper to taste.
  • Seasoning for meat as desired.

Delicious juicy chicken with potatoes and mushrooms in the oven in a glass form

This recipe is suitable for those who like a combination of poultry with vegetables, as well as the addition of mushrooms. I use it sometimes. For a change.

To prepare I will need:

  • 400 g chicken fillet;
  • 4 potatoes;
  • one carrot;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 150-200 g fresh mushrooms;
  • 200 ml tomato juice;
  • 100 g sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • salt - to taste, who likes more salty or, on the contrary, less;
  • 1 tsp paprika.

I cook this way.

I cut the meat into small pieces.

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

I heat the oil in a frying pan. I fry the meat with mushrooms there until a light golden crust forms.

I cut potatoes and carrots into medium-sized cubes.

I take a glass form. First I put the meat and mushrooms there. I put potatoes and carrots on top.

I mix sour cream, tomato juice, chopped garlic, salt and paprika.

I pour this sauce over chicken and potatoes.

I put the pan in a cold oven. I turn it on at 180-200° and cook for about 45-50 minutes.
