If we talk about pasta and seafood, the easiest way to prepare pasta is with squid. You can choose the easiest and most budget-friendly recipe. For it you will need to prepare the carcasses of two medium-sized squid, 200 grams of pasta, an onion, vegetable oil, a clove of garlic and 70 grams of white (dry) wine.
Everything is prepared in the usual sequence:
- Peel the squid and cut into small pieces at random.
- Fry the chopped onion in a frying pan in boiling vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes. Then add the garlic cut into pieces and keep the food on the fire for another 2 minutes.
- Place the squids and wait until they change color. This will take literally one minute.
- Now you need to pour the mixture with wine and leave to simmer under the lid for 5-7 minutes.
- Boil the pasta, rinse and add it to the pan. The dish is ready.
It turns out to be a real Italian pasta with squid. The recipe can be improved by using black spaghetti colored with cuttlefish ink instead of regular spaghetti.

Creamy pasta with squid will turn out even tastier if you add a strong alcoholic drink to the sauce.
In this case, the recipe may look like this: 300 grams of squid (you can use shrimp or cocktail), 350 grams of any paste, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons of thick tomato sauce, 6 tablespoons of cream, ground pepper, 100 milliliters of brandy, a little salt, vegetable oil and parsley.
Everything is prepared as usual:
- Pass the garlic through a press and fry in oil in a hot frying pan.
- Add squid, chopped as desired, and fry everything together for 5-6 minutes.
- Pour in the brandy and let the mixture simmer a little.
- Slowly add the cream, add the sauce and mix gently. Season the mixture lightly with salt and pepper.
- After 2-3 minutes, add chopped herbs to the pan and immediately turn off the heat.
- Beat the third part of the sauce separately with a mixer, and then pour it back into the total mass. This will make it fluffier and more uniform.
- Place the pre-boiled and washed pasta in a frying pan and stir slowly.
Now the dish is ready to eat.

If you want to cook something original, tasty and very filling, then the best option would be pasta with squid in creamy sauce. The recipe can be supplemented with mushrooms to give the dish a special flavor.

- 700 gr. squid
- 200 gr. cherry tomatoes or picadilla
- 70 gr. dry white wine (optional)

Preparation:
- Clean the squid and cut into rings about 1-1.5 cm wide.

- Fry quickly (1-2 minutes). If you want, you can add white wine at this stage and let it evaporate.
- Cut the tomatoes in half, a few small ones can be left whole, add them to the squid and cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes. The sauce should not be dry, but if this happens, add pasta water. Add salt to taste. Boil the pasta “al dente”, that is, undercook for 1-2 minutes (this can be determined by the thin line of raw pasta by biting into it).
- Drain and add to prepared sauce. Stir constantly, or better yet, toss over medium heat; before serving, the sauce should be quite thick, almost not spread on the plate, but also note that the pasta should not be dry.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve hot. You can add pepper if you wish.

Squid pasta is a product consisting of two parts: pasta and sauce. Both of them are prepared simultaneously in different dishes, and then mixed and served while still hot. - Peeled garlic cloves can simply be divided in half.
- After this, you can add water for the spaghetti.
- Next, fry the garlic in a frying pan in oil. As soon as the pieces turn brown, they should be thrown away immediately.
- Sauté the onion in the same oil.
- Add tomatoes to it and keep them over medium heat for no more than two minutes.
- Add squid and mix everything well. Simmer the food under the lid for 3 minutes.
- Strain the finished spaghetti and quickly mix it with fresh sauce.
It is better to cook pasta “al dente” and do not rinse. Otherwise, instead of a gorgeous dish, you will end up with a thick mess.
Pasta with squid and shrimp in creamy sauce
If you love Italian cuisine and seafood, but are not ready to spend several hours a day in front of the stove, then this is a very simple but incredibly tasty dish with the amazing taste of coastal Italy.
Ingredients:
- Pasta - 500 gr.
- Cleaned squids - 400 gr.
- Shrimp - 200 gr.
- Shallots - 1 pc.
- Fish, chicken or vegetable broth - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Cream - 200 ml
- Herbs to taste: basil, rosemary, oregano, any Italian herbs

Preparation:

- Boil the pasta correctly, adding it only to already boiling salted water. Make sure that the pasta does not overcook and does not remain in the water for a long time; it should be slightly undercooked. Ideally, you need to time it so that the seafood and pasta are cooked at the same time.
- Add pasta to seafood, stir and simmer for another 1-2 minutes. When serving, you can decorate with herbs.

- apple cider vinegar 6% - 1 tbsp.
- peppercorns - 2-3 pcs.

Preparation:
- Boil the squid. To do this, mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Put it on fire. When the marinade boils, let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Dip the cleaned, washed, ring-cut squid into the boiling marinade.
