Although all the ingredients are not complex, with the exception of a few. But if you look, you can find them in modern stores. The main secret is to prepare the sauce correctly. Ingredients
- White bread or loaf
- Chicken (chicken breast)
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Anchovy paste - 0.5 tsp.
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp. l.
- Hard cheese – 150 grams
- Lettuce leaves - 1 bunch
- Lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp. l.
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves
- Dry garlic
- Olive or vegetable oil
- Provencal herbs
- Salt
The main thing in Caesar salad is its dressing, i.e. sauce. He is the one who needs to pay special attention.
Preparing Caesar salad dressing:
1.1 Dip the eggs for the sauce into boiling, salted water and cook for exactly 1 minute. After that, take it out and immediately put it in cold water.
Next, break them into a bowl, add salt and beat with either a whisk or blender until smooth.
1.2 After this, pour in olive or vegetable oil in a thin stream and continue stirring. We are starting to see something similar to mayonnaise.
1.3 Next, grate the cheese, preferably Parmesan or any other cheese, most importantly the hard variety, and add it to our sauce. Also add half a teaspoon of anchovy paste and 1 tbsp. l. Worcestershire sauce...
...Pass one clove of garlic through a press, add 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice and continue stirring until smooth.
Caesar sauce is ready.

The leaves of this salad must be torn into a bowl with your hands.

We will need:
• Shrimp – 500 g
• Salad – 1 bunch
• Dutch cheese - 60 g

How to cook:
Boil seafood with the addition of aromatic herbs and your favorite spices.
After the seafood has cooled, you will need to clean it thoroughly.

What to do:
- Mix chopped garlic and salt in a deep bowl.
- Place the cubed bread, close the lid and shake.
- After that, put everything on a hot frying pan and fry for 3 minutes.
- Place in the preheated oven for another 15 minutes.
If desired, Provencal herbs can be added to the mixture.
Caesar with king prawns and cheese
Ingredients:
- Edam cheese – 80 – 100 g
- Loaf of white bread - 70 g
- Chicken eggs - 1-2 pcs.
- Leaf lettuce - 1 bunch.
- King prawns – 10 pcs.
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Olive oil
Cooking method:
Rub white bread with garlic, then cut into small cubes and prepare croutons from them in the oven.
Finely chop the lettuce.
Grate the cheese.
Crush the garlic.
Boil the chicken eggs into a “bag”, and then break them into a separate bowl and add crushed garlic to them.
Pour the prepared dressing onto the lettuce leaves and mix thoroughly.
Now you can add 2/3 of the cheese and then mix again.
Clean the seafood and then fry in olive oil until pinkish.
In a large salad bowl, in the very center, place lettuce leaves with dressing, and place seafood along the edge. Ready-made Caesar salad with shrimp and cheese is dressed with a delicious sauce and sprinkled with leftover cheese to your taste. Bon appetit!
A simple homemade recipe with affordable ingredients
If you don’t have Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, Iceberg and king prawns, then you can prepare Caesar from a simplified set of ingredients.
Parmesan can be replaced with any hard cheese, cherry with ordinary tomatoes, Iceberg and Romaine with any lettuce or even Chinese cabbage, and instead of tiger or king prawns, you can use those that you managed to buy. - mayonnaise.
What to do:
- Place torn lettuce leaves on a plate.
- On top are slices of eggs and tomatoes.
- Coat with a mixture of mayonnaise and grated cheese.
- The next layer is crab sticks, cut into cubes, and eggs, greased with a cheese-mayonnaise mixture.
- The top layer is boiled shrimp.
With salmon
Ingredients:
- Smoked fish – 80 g
- Seafood – 180 g
- Salad - 1 bunch
- Small tomatoes – 3-4 pcs.
- Cheese “Russian” - 40 g
Recipe:
Clean the smoked fish and then cut it into small pieces.
Thaw the seafood and then boil it.
Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and then tear them into small pieces.
Cut small tomatoes into equal slices.
Grate the cheese.

Ingredients:
- King prawns – 8-9 pcs.
- White bread – 1/3 loaf
- Lettuce leaves – 1⁄2 bunch
- Honey – 1 tbsp. spoon
- Lemon juice – half a teaspoon
- Garlic – 1-2 cloves
- Olive oil
Recipe:
The shrimp should first be peeled and then marinated for 20 minutes in honey, olive oil and lemon juice.
After this, they need to be dried and fried.
Make croutons from white bread by frying them in a frying pan with garlic squeezed into oil.

- Anchovies – 2-3 pcs. or Worcestershire sauce - 4-5 drops.
- Parmesan – 1/3 cup.
- Boil chicken eggs. Ideally, 1 minute in boiling water and 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon. You should have 3-4 tablespoons.
- Separate the yolks from the whites. Thoroughly mash the yolks with mustard, lemon juice, and sugar.
- Chop the garlic and anchovies.
