  • 800 grams of minced meat;
  • 50 grams of sour cream (it is better to choose a product with low fat content);
  • 1.5 thin pita bread;
  • one egg;
  • onion head;
  • a small piece of cheese (it is better to choose a type that is not too salty);
  • a bunch of dill;
  • spices for minced meat;
  • half a small spoon of salt.

Ingredients for filling:

  • 150 grams of sour cream;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a small piece of cheese.

Cooking method

First of all, turn on the oven to warm up at 180 degrees. Place the minced meat in a bowl or large, deep plate, add the egg, salt and spices, then mix the filling well. Then add the chopped greens and onion (it is recommended to peel and grate it to make a paste). Mix the filling again and add sour cream and grated cheese. That's all - the pie filling is ready.

Now carefully open the pita bread and spread the filling on it in an even layer. It is important to distribute it correctly - the layer should not be too thick or, conversely, thin.

The next step is to roll the pita bread into a roll, which should be tight.

Cover a baking sheet or baking pan with parchment. Carefully roll the rolls into a snail shape and place them in the mold. If the pita bread tears a little, it’s okay.

  • 3-4 sheets of pita bread (it is recommended to choose thin ones);
  • onion head;
  • 2 eggs;
  • Minced meat – 500g
  • several cloves of garlic;
  • salt and spices to taste;
  • 1.5 glasses of milk (you can take more if desired);
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.

Cooking method

Lavash pie with minced meat will cook faster, since the meat filling must be made in advance. Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry lightly in oil, then add minced meat, tomato paste, spices and salt to the pan.

Mix the filling and fry until it becomes crumbly. Then we wait until the minced meat has cooled and spread it in an even layer on the sheets of pita bread. It is important not to put too much filling as it may tear the pita breads.

However, be careful when removing the cake: its texture is so soft and delicate that it may crumble.
