  • young chicken breast – approximately 600 g;
  • fresh champignons – 500 g;
  • white onion - two heads;
  • carrots – 2 pcs.;
  • medium-sized potatoes - 7 tubers;
  • salt, pepper, bay leaf - at discretion;
  • fresh tomatoes – 2 small pieces;
  • high-calorie mayonnaise – 135 g;
  • hard Russian cheese – 120 g.

  • 250 grams of beef pulp;
  • 8 small potatoes;
  • 200 grams of fresh or frozen mushrooms (optional variety);
  • 1 large onion;
  • 40 grams of tomato paste (or stewed tomato pulp);
  • season with spices to taste.

To prepare the dish you will need time - 1 hour, calorie content is only 300 kcal.

Let's look at a step-by-step recipe for cooking beef in a pot with potatoes and mushrooms in the oven.

Step 1

Remove the films from the pulp, then rinse the piece with water. Place it on a paper towel and let it dry. Grind the prepared meat into pieces.

Take a thick-bottomed dish, pour oil into it, heat it over high heat and fry the pieces of beef on all sides.

Step 2

Chop the onions, cut the mushrooms into plastic or cubes. First fry the chopped onion in oil, then the mushrooms and cook for another 5-6 minutes.

Combine meat, onions, mushrooms, add tomato base (paste or tomatoes), stir, remove from heat. Cut the potatoes into large cubes or cubes.

So, let's get started: peel and cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater; fry the vegetables in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil and place them on the bottom of the pots.

Sprinkle the potatoes with salt (you can use universal seasoning) and grated cheese (half the total amount).

Next comes a layer of mushrooms. I had frozen boletus mushrooms, and I stewed them a little with dill, so, of course, they didn’t look very good. If the mushrooms are fresh, I fry them briefly.

Next, chop the meat and fry it over high heat for 5-7 minutes, at the very end of frying, add salt and pepper. Now we transfer the meat into pots onto the mushrooms.

In a glass, mix sour cream and cream thoroughly.

Fill the pot with the contents of the glass, but not to the brim!!! Sprinkle dried dill and parsley on top (but this is to taste). Cover with a lid or foil and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour.

5 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the already fragrant pots with the remaining cheese and return them back to the oven.
