Ingredients:
- Chicken wings – 12 pcs.
- Fresh egg – 2 pcs.
- Flour, breadcrumbs - 5 tbsp. l.
- Garlic clove – 3 pcs.
- Sunflower oil, soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
- Mustard, adjika, milk - 1 tbsp. l.
- Paprika – 1 tsp.
- Ground red and black pepper, salt to taste.
Preparation:
1. Let's prepare a spicy marinade. To do this, pour soy sauce and sunflower oil into a bowl. Add to them liquid fresh mustard, crushed garlic and not too spicy adjika. Season with paprika and ground pepper. Let's add some salt. Mix this mixture thoroughly until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
2. Place the washed and dried wings (preferably without the pointed phalanx) in a deep cup and pour the marinade over them. Mix well and cover with a lid or cling film and leave to steep in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
3. For convenience, we will place the crackers and flour in different cups in which it will be convenient to dip the workpieces. Break the eggs into a third container and pour a spoonful of milk into them. Lightly add salt and whisk thoroughly until smooth.
4. All that remains is to bread the marinated wings: first roll in flour, then dip in lezon and roll in breadcrumbs. If desired, you can repeat the last two steps, then the bread layer will be thicker.
Cover the bottom of the baking sheet with foil or baking parchment, grease it with sunflower oil and arrange the finished semi-finished products so that they do not touch each other.
