Here is a recipe for cooking chicken legs in the oven, which we prepare at home from a family notebook of home recipes:


For cooking I needed: 1. Chicken thighs - 12 pcs. (6 legs are possible) 2. Mayonnaise - 200 gr. 3. Cheese - 250 gr. 4. Garlic - 4 cloves 5. Greens (parsley + dill) - 30 gr. 6. Salt - 1 tsp. 7. Black pepper - 1 tsp. Ingredients for chicken legs In today's photo recipe, I used only thighs from 12 legs. So, let’s process the legs: rinse, see how they were processed by the manufacturer, if it’s bad, pluck out the feathers or feather bulbs, trim off excess fat and butts. If necessary, cut into smaller portions (this is optional). Season with salt and pepper and carefully place on a baking sheet, skin side up. In principle, this can already be considered a completed dish, put it in the oven and it’s ready. Place the prepared mixture on each chicken thigh, trying to cover them as much as possible. Turn on the oven and heat it to a temperature of 200 degrees. Place the baking sheet with the prepared thighs in the oven for 15-20 minutes, as soon as the cheese begins to melt and the crust begins to brown, reduce the temperature to 100 degrees, and continue baking for another 20 minutes.
