We wash the turkey wings under the tap, wipe them with napkins, cut them into two parts and rub them with a mixture of mustard and chopped garlic, and then put them in a bowl and put them in the refrigerator.

Cut the peeled and washed onions into half rings, sprinkle with salt, granulated sugar and pour in vinegar. When the mixture has marinated for at least a quarter of an hour, drain the sour liquid and mix the onion with a small amount of sour cream. Since this component will be placed on top of the meat and potatoes, it needs a fatty “lube” to keep it from burning.

We peel the skins from the potatoes, rinse them and cut them as convenient. Then add salt, sprinkle with seasonings for potatoes, pour in cooking oil and mix.

Place pieces of wings in a fireproof dish, place potato slices between them, decorate the top with onions mixed with sour cream and send the dish to the oven to bake.

Sprinkle the finished turkey wings in mustard sauce with potatoes and onions with fresh herbs and place on the table.

Using these recipes, you can cook not only wings in the oven, but also any parts of the turkey.

The differences between national cuisines are determined not so much by the products as by the spices with which these products are flavored. Today we're going to cook turkey wings the way they would in Southeast Asia.
