Hake, according to my personal observation, can simply be cut into pieces, salted, breaded in flour and fried in pieces in a frying pan, and it’s delicious. But it's so boring. And I often try to diversify the fish table by coming up with new options. So today I’ll tell you how to cook delicious hake fillet simply, quickly and tasty in two ways - in a frying pan with garlic and herbs, and in the oven with potatoes. Both recipes are delicious, I recommend trying them. Along the way, I’ll tell you what went wrong and what was very interesting.

  • 2 large hake;
  • garlic, herbs;
  • potato;

So, initially I cut the hake into fillets, it’s very simple, because it doesn’t have small bones, and the fillet is easily separated from the backbone. Having looked on the Internet for an option for frying fillet in a frying pan with garlic, I tried to do so, but noticed one mistake. If you correct it, it turns out very tasty and aromatic.

I peeled and washed the potatoes.

I cut it into cubes, poured it with oil, sprinkled it with spices and put it on a baking sheet, greased it with oil too.

From the frying pan, I spread the greens and garlic over the potatoes, laid out the fish, both raw and lightly fried, and baked it in the oven. It turned out very tasty, aromatic, finger-licking!
