Cooking chicken fillet in corn flakes:

In another bowl, whisk the milk with the chicken egg until smooth. Crumble the corn flakes using a blender or rolling pin. The main thing is not to chop them too much, let some pieces remain quite large.
Step 2: bread the chicken fillet.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper so you can immediately lay out the breaded chicken fillet. Now dip the pieces of chicken fillet alternately into the egg with milk, into the flour, back into the egg and finally into the corn flakes. Place the chicken pieces already coated with flakes on a baking sheet, trying to place them at a short distance from each other.
Step 3: Bake chicken fillet in corn flakes.
