Stew with mashed potatoes

This is one of the most delicious recipes for green beans with meat. This is a vegetable stew with veal and a delicate side dish. The dish turns out aromatic and satisfying, no one will go hungry.

To prepare four to six servings you will need the following set of ingredients:

  • Half a kilogram of veal.
  • Packaging of quick-frozen green beans.
  • Large onion.
  • Three cloves of garlic.
  • Bell pepper.
  • Six large potatoes.
  • One large tomato.
  • Coriander, salt, ground black pepper to taste.

How to make bean salad with mushrooms and tomatoes

A dish from a number of warm salads, however, no less tasty when cold.

Required:

  • Champignons (replacing wild mushrooms is welcome) – 250 gr.
  • Green beans – 200 gr.
  • Big tomato.
  • Large onion.
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Lemon juice - teaspoon.
  • Pepper, sunflower oil, herbs.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Wash the champignons (if using frozen mushrooms, defrost them) and cut as desired.
  2. Heat the oil, add the onion cut into half rings, fry a little and add the mushrooms.
  3. After 5-7 minutes of intense frying, add the beans.
  4. Pour in the juice and continue frying for the next 5 minutes.
  5. Place the chopped tomato in the frying pan, add salt and pepper, stir and after a minute remove from the heat.

Housewives recommend using veal, as it is much more tender and stews faster. Cut the meat into thin strips.

Chop the onion into a heated frying pan with oil and fry it until it becomes transparent. After this, add the meat, diced tomato and thin strips of bell pepper. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste, half a teaspoon of coriander and fry the contents of the pan for five minutes over high heat. Then pour water in there so that it barely covers all the meat and, covering with a lid, simmer over medium heat for forty minutes to an hour. It all depends on the degree of readiness of the meat. As the water boils, add more, but without fanaticism.

While it reaches the desired state, peel the potatoes and boil them, then make a puree, adding dill, milk and one chicken egg.

Green beans are not defrosted before cooking. They are thrown into boiling water for five to seven minutes, after which they are thrown into a colander and dipped in ice water for a couple of minutes - this way the beans will not lose their bright green color. When the water has drained, the beans can be added to the almost cooked meat, mix thoroughly and let the aroma of the gravy be absorbed.

Place a nest of mashed potatoes on a plate, and on top, according to the recipe, green beans with meat and vegetables. If desired, you can sprinkle the colorful dish with fresh herbs.

Pork with beans and chili peppers

Required Products:

  • Pork – 450 gr.
  • Green beans – 360 gr.
  • Chili pepper – 1 pc.
  • Bell pepper – 2 pcs.
  • Onions – 1.5 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Ginger root – 50 gr.
  • Soy sauce – 50 ml.
  • Sunflower oil – 25 ml.
  • Salt, pepper – 7 gr.
  • Sesame oil – 20 ml.

How to cook:

  1. Cut the pork into pieces, place in a container and pour in soy sauce, leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the onions, peeled tomatoes and bell peppers into equal pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion, fry over low heat until translucent.
  4. Add the meat and pour in the sauce, increase the heat so that the liquid evaporates, fry the meat on all sides until golden brown.
  5. Add pepper and fry for another 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
  6. Then put the beans in the pan, mix everything and fry for 8 minutes.
  7. Grate the ginger on a fine grater, finely chop the garlic and chili pepper, place it all in a frying pan, add the diced tomatoes there.
  8. Mix everything well, add pepper, salt, don’t forget about soy sauce, it is salty in itself, cover with a lid and leave on low heat for another 5 minutes.

Before serving, drizzle the dish with sesame oil.

Asian green beans with pork

- an incredibly tasty and original dish of Far Eastern cuisine. Green beans are one of the healthiest and most delicious products of the legume family, and dishes made from green beans are tasty, satisfying and original. They are not at all like regular beans: they have a different taste, a different color, a different consistency. Just don’t confuse it with asparagus - these are two different products. Be sure to check out the others, they are all very tasty! As for pork, it can be replaced with other meat if desired. But it is in this dish that pork is absolutely a win-win. Due to other components, it remains juicy and soft, and does not require long heat treatment. Let's get started...

Ingredients

  • — 1 package frozen (you can take fresh)
  • — 300 g (low-fat part, can also be replaced with beef or poultry)
  • — onion — 1 piece
  • - 2-3 cloves
  • - 1 PC

  • — 1 piece (or piri-piri)
  • - 5-6 tbsp

First you need to prepare and marinate the meat. We cut the pork into small cubes (like beef stroganoff), put it in a deep container, compact it a little and pour in soy sauce so that it covers all the pieces to the last. Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

In the meantime, let's take care of the vegetables. We clean and wash the onion, garlic, ginger root, and bell pepper. Heat a frying pan (it is better to cook in a wok, then the dish will be evenly fried and stewed) with vegetable oil. Now you can add a drop of sesame seeds for a specific Asian flavor. At this time, cut the onion into medium-sized pieces (as in the future all other ingredients, they should be approximately the same).

Place the onion in a frying pan and fry over low heat until it becomes translucent and slightly browned. Onions are fried over low heat so that they lose their pungent taste and smell and become softer and piquant. After this, add the meat, soy sauce can be poured in there and turn up the heat so that the liquid quickly evaporates and the meat is fried on all sides.

At this time, cut the bell pepper and put it in the pan. Stir and continue frying for 5 minutes until soft.

Now you can move on to all the other ingredients. Before we start cutting tomatoes, you should remove the skin from them. To do this, we make cross-shaped cuts on them, put them in a deep container, pour boiling water over them and wait about 45 seconds. After this, drain the water and easily separate the skin from the vegetables.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes, chili peppers and garlic (very finely) and grate the ginger on a fine grater. This aromatic root complements many delicious dishes.

When the onion, bell pepper and meat are browned, open the package of green beans, pour into the wok, stir and cover with a lid. Pork with green beans will cook quickly.

Reduce heat so the beans have time to defrost. In about 8-10 minutes it will be almost ready; do not stew it until it becomes soft and “dirty” in color. Proper food, in particular vegetables, should not completely lose its taste, texture and color; it’s better if the vegetables are a little al dente (“to the bite” or “undercooked”), like the Italians - I love them
