- The sausage is cut into miniature pieces, which need to be thoroughly fried on both sides in sunflower oil. 2-3 minutes is enough.
- All the eggs are poured into the frying pan onto the sausage one by one. The mass is salted. You can sprinkle it with any seasonings to suit your taste.
- The cheese is grated on a medium grater, and the greens are finely chopped.
- A couple of minutes before the eggs are ready, sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
- When the protein is completely set, you can serve the dish.
Instead of smoked sausage, it is allowed to use a boiled product, or even spicy sausages.
