In addition, we suggest you prepare a delicious apple filling. It will be a little unusual due to the fact that it needs to be fried.

You will need:

  • apples – 3 pcs.;
  • cinnamon – 1 tsp;

No matter what I tried to bake, it either came out with a burnt black crust or raw inside. But after a multicooker appeared in my kitchen, everything changed dramatically. Now I can confidently say that I can cook everything! And baking too)) Moreover, I have already reached that level of skill that now I can even come up with my own recipes, one of which I want to share with the readers of my favorite site!

Ingredients:

  • eggs – 3 pcs.
  • sugar – 1 multi cup
  • flour – 1 multi cup
  • vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.

  • butter – 30 g

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foam begins to form. As far as I know, it is better to do this for 5-7 minutes, in theory I know this, but in practice I personally simply cannot stand beating for more than three minutes.

Next, add flour, pre-mixed with baking powder, poppy seeds and melted butter to the egg-sugar mixture. Mix gently (do not beat!).

Pour half of the dough into the bottom of the multicooker bowl.

Place an apple on top and cottage cheese on it.

Fill with the remaining dough.

  8. Peel the washed apples in a thin layer using a vegetable peeler. You don’t have to do this, but without the skin the apples in the finished pie will be more tender.
  9. Cut the prepared apples into medium slices, leaving the hard middle intact.
  10. The mold should be lightly greased and sprinkled with flour, semolina or breadcrumbs. Any one will do: silicone, metal or ceramic. For the pie, I take a round silicone one, 23 cm in diameter.
  11. Place half of the curd dough into the prepared pan and level it out.
  12. Place apples on top.
  13. Cover the apples with the remaining dough.
  14. Preheat the oven to 190-200°.
  15. Bake the cottage cheese and apple yummy for about 40 minutes.
  16. After checking the degree of readiness with a match or toothpick, remove the pie and transfer it to a plate or serving dish. Let cool.
  17. If desired, lightly dust with powdered sugar through a small strainer.
