  • 2 eggs;
  • 190 g sugar;
  • 60 g cocoa powder;
  • 50 g honey;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 10 g soda;
  • 325 – 340 g flour.

For the cream and for the layer you will need:

  • 380 g boiled condensed milk;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 50 g dark chocolate;
  • 100 g of any nuts;
  • 100 g prunes or other dried fruits.

Progress:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar into a fluffy mass. Melt honey and butter in a steam bath, add beaten eggs and soda. The mass will begin to rapidly increase in volume. At this moment, add cocoa and flour, stir and brew the dough until it begins to pull away from the walls.
  2. When the dough has cooled a little, it should be divided into nine identical lumps, and then bake a thin honey-chocolate cake from each. Stack all the cakes and let them cool completely.
  3. For the layer, transform the butter, softened to the consistency of cream, into a fluffy mass, adding boiled condensed milk and dark chocolate in a fluid state in small parts. Heat the nuts in a dry frying pan and crush them into crumbs, chop the dried fruits into small pieces.
