  1. Remove the zest (without fanaticism - only the orange part). If you have a special knife, you can use it. If you don’t have one, a regular grater will do.
  2. Separately, you need to squeeze the juice out of the orange - 50 grams is enough.
  3. In a deep bowl, mix both types of sugar and butter.
  4. Add the eggs there and mix again.
  5. Pour in the orange juice, add the zest and stir again.
  6. Add baking powder, gradually add flour, after which you can knead the dough.
  7. Roll out the resulting dough. The thickness depends on how crispy you want the cookies to be - 3-4mm will be enough.
  8. Cut out Christmas tree shapes on the dough. If desired, you can use any molds available in the kitchen.
  9. Place the cookies on a baking sheet that has been pre-greased or lined with baking paper.

  1. First you need to make a cream that will cool in the refrigerator while you prepare the dough. To do this, mix 100 g of corn starch with 150 ml of milk. Continue stirring until all lumps disappear.
  2. Then, in a separate pan, mix 200 ml of milk and 150 g of sugar. The mixture must be heated to almost 90 degrees, but not brought to a boil. After this, add 150 g of chocolate to the mixture. Then you need to place the mixture on the stove again and add 650 ml of milk to the pan. Add a mixture of starch and milk, after which you should get a homogeneous cream mousse. When the cream has cooled completely, add frozen cherries and place in the refrigerator.
  3. Now you need to prepare the shortbread dough. To do this, mix 500 g of wheat flour, 70 g of cocoa powder and 200 g of powdered sugar. Add 80 g of egg yolk, 300 g of butter and one pinch of salt to the resulting mixture. Next you need to knead the dough and form it into a ball. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  4. Take out the dough, roll it out and transfer it to a baking pan. Don't forget to line the bottom of the pan with parchment.   1. The oranges need to be washed and then zested. Use a fine grater for this. The zest needs to be divided into two equal parts: one will go into the dough, and the other for impregnation. Squeeze 300 ml of juice from other oranges.
  2. Beat 4 eggs in a deep bowl. Gradually add 200 g regular sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Whisk and add 1 teaspoon of cognac. Place the softened butter in a bowl, then the zest of one orange. Pour half the juice over the mixture and whisk until smooth, making sure there are no lumps.
  3. After this you need to add 320 g of flour and 10 g of baking powder. Don't forget to sift the flour. Now you can knead the dough. Grease the pan you will bake in with butter. Transfer the dough into it. Bake the cake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  4. While the cake is in the oven, prepare the frosting. To do this, mix the remaining zest, orange juice and sugar. Place water on the stove, bring to a boil and reduce heat.   1. This cake consists of three layers. We start by preparing the dough. Melt 120 g of chocolate in a water bath. Beat 120 g of butter with 100 g of sugar. Add 2 eggs to this mixture and continue beating.
  2. Then you need to add 80 g of almond flour and 50 g of wheat flour. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa and one teaspoon of baking powder to seven. When the melted chocolate has cooled, you also need to add it to the resulting mixture.
  3. The chocolate dough should be poured onto the bottom of a greased pan and lined with parchment paper. After this, you can prepare the second layer.
  4. For the second layer, take 650 g of cottage cheese, 3 eggs and 100 g of sugar. You need to mix and beat everything, and then combine the orange zest with the resulting mixture.
  5. After this, the layers need to be connected. The curd layer is poured onto the chocolate layer, and then cooked in the oven for 60 minutes. Oven temperature 160 degrees. The finished cheesecake should cool in the oven, then transfer it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

How to cook

  1. Sift flour, powder, vanillin, cocoa powder and baking powder into a deep bowl. The resulting mixture must be thoroughly mixed (it is better to do this with a whisk) until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the butter with a blender, gradually adding chicken eggs to it.
