200 g apricots

5 g cinnamon

Step 1. Remove the pits from the apricots.

Step 2: Pour the martini over the top and bake until soft.

170 g gluten-free oatmeal

100 g amaranth flour

3 g baking powder

60 g of any dried fruits

Step 1: Place all dry ingredients except dried fruit in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Add almond milk and coconut oil. Mix everything well again. Add dried fruits and mix again.

Step 2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Step 3. Use a tablespoon or your hands to form round cookies, place them on a baking sheet and press them lightly with your hand.

Step 4. Bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.
