First you need to put the butter in a saucepan and melt it a little. Then add water, granulated sugar and lemon juice. Cook everything until the sugar dissolves. After this, cook the syrup until it thickens and turns brown.
The apples must be peeled, the core cut out with a spoon, and the pulp cut into rings. Add rum and cinnamon to the prepared syrup, and then put apples there so that they are completely covered with syrup.
Boil apples in syrup for 5 minutes. When the apples are ready, remove them to a plate and decorate with ice cream.
Dessert with dried apricots and apples
Ingredients:
- apples - 4 pcs.
- milk - 500 ml
- walnut kernels - 0.5 cups
- semolina - 2 tbsp.
- chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
- granulated sugar - 4 tbsp.
- butter - 40 g
- salt - a pinch
- dried apricots - 9 pcs.
- granulated sugar - 3 tbsp.
- water - 0.5 cups
The milk must first be put on the fire and brought to a boil. Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut the pulp into small cubes. Place the apples in acidified water to prevent them from darkening. The eggs need to be broken and the yolks separated from the whites. Beat the whites into a thick foam, and thoroughly grind the yolks with granulated sugar.
Walnuts must be dried in the oven and then grinded through a meat grinder. Add chopped nuts to milk and cook this mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spatula.
Add semolina to the milk in a thin stream and bring to a boil. Then add apples, yolks and a little salt. Mix everything and add whipped whites. Pour the resulting mass into the mold and cook in a water bath for about 50 minutes.
To prepare apricot sauce, place sugar and chopped dried apricots in a saucepan with water. Cook this mixture for about 15 minutes. When the pudding is ready, place it on a plate and pour over the hot sauce.
"Jellies"

Well, what kind of sweet tooth doesn’t love candy, and even more so if it contains a minimum of risk to the figure? These low-calorie sweets are tasty, but not cloying, and one candy contains only 9 kcal.
Ingredients:
- 1. Cherry nectar – 200 g.
- 2. coconut flakes – 10 g.
- 3. gelatin – 10 g.
Preparation: According to the instructions, soak the gelatin in cherry nectar. Then place this vessel in a water bath for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly, but under no circumstances bring the mixture to a boil.
