Recipe 1. Quick tea pie in half an hour
The recipe is remarkable because it takes only half an hour to prepare. This is an irreplaceable option if you have invited guests to a tea party and need to come up with something urgently. Plus, it's very sweet.
For it you will need:
- 200 g sugar;
- half a stick of butter;
- 2 pcs eggs;
- 5 g vanilla sugar;
- 300 g flour;
- 2.5 g baking powder;
- a quarter teaspoon of salt;
- 150 – 180 milk (if you don’t have it, replace it with kefir).
It is recommended to remove the eggs and butter from the refrigerator 30-60 minutes before cooking and let them warm up to room temperature. It is better to turn on the oven in advance. While it is heating up, there is time to prepare all the components. The ideal temperature for baking is 180°C. The baking tray or mold should first be greased with oil and sprinkled with a small amount of flour on top so that the dough does not stick.
The butter and sugar are thoroughly ground. It is better, of course, to use a mixer so that there are no lumps. Continuing to beat, add eggs and then vanilla sugar.
It is important! Before adding flour, you need to sift it to make the dough airy. Baking powder and salt are sifted with flour. Both mixtures, liquid and dry, are combined and mixed well. Now you can add milk and mix again.
The dough is placed in a mold and placed in a heated oven. This quick tea pie will take about half an hour to bake. Check it for readiness using a match, toothpick or any wooden stick. Carefully pierce the dough. Doesn't it stick? So the pie is ready.
If you want, you can add finely chopped walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds to the dough of your choice. Small pieces of chocolate will make baked goods even tastier.

This pie captivated me and my family after the first bite. When I prepared it, my family and I couldn’t wait, because its aroma was heard in every corner of the apartment. In the end, the wait was worth it - the pie tasted divine! The baked goods came out fluffy, tender, with a pronounced creamy taste, and the dough was moist and soft. And the preparation is very simple, you don’t even have to get your hands dirty. The dough rises very quickly. All these benefits will make this recipe your favorite. Moreover, it contains a lot of filling that does not leak.
Ingredients needed for cooking:
- 7 g dry yeast (one sachet) or 25 g fresh;
- Three table. spoons of sugar;
- One pinch of salt;
- 200 g of warm milk;
- 120 g butter;
- Two eggs;
- 470-490 g sifted flour;
- 2 g vanillin (one sachet).
Sprinkle ingredients:
- 120 g sugar;
- 50 g butter;
Filling components:
- 130 g cream with a fat content of 15-20%.
Let's start the cooking process:
I take a shape 25x25 centimeters or 25-26 centimeters.
Pour sugar and yeast into warm milk, add a pinch of salt and stir. I set aside for 10 minutes so that everything dissolves in the milk.
Then I add soft butter and beat in the eggs. I knead the butter using a whisk or fork. The mass should become more homogeneous.
Pour flour and vanilla into a bowl. I start kneading the soft dough using a spatula, which will stick. I knead the dough for a couple of minutes.
To make the dough rise faster, I place the bowl with it in a pan filled with warm water. I close the lid.
In just 20-25 minutes, my dough has risen and can be transferred to a mold, on the bottom of which I placed baking paper.
Distribute the dough evenly throughout the entire pan and leave for 10 minutes to rise.
At this time I make the sprinkles.
I pour sugar onto a plate, put butter and start kneading. A homogeneous crumb should come out.
Then I take a drinking straw and use it to make holes in the dough. The more holes the better. Instead of a straw, you can take something else.
I put the sprinkles in the holes and spread the rest over the entire top of the dough.
First I turn on the oven and heat it to 180°. I leave the pie for about half an hour. I turn on both heating elements and convection.
Then I remove the pie, pour cream over it and return it to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
The result is such a mind-blowing pie that everyone will fall in love with.
Step-by-step preparation
Prepare a rosy, aromatic and satisfying pie with a juicy filling of cabbage and pike perch. This type of baking is perfect for both everyday and holiday meals.
- Finely chop 350 g of white cabbage. Cut 1 onion into half rings. Coarsely chop 3 cloves of garlic. Pour 100 ml of vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and fry the prepared ingredients.
- Salt and pepper the contents of the pan to taste, and also add a pinch of cumin. Mix everything well. Water the vegetables with 3 tbsp. l. tomato brine and add 40 g of butter to the pan.
- Take 350 g of store-bought puff pastry and roll it into a layer of medium thickness. Cover a refractory baking dish with parchment paper and place a layer of dough on it.
- Cut 400 g of pike perch fillet into medium pieces and place it on the dough. Salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate container, lightly beat 2 eggs and pour them onto the fillet. Finely chop a bunch of dill, combine it with cabbage and mix. Place the contents of the pan on top of the fish.
- Grease the edges of the pie with 30 ml of milk. Bake the dish for 40 minutes at 180°C. Bon appetit!

“Smart” cake (recipe)
The recipe for a “smart” cake has attracted me for quite some time. I didn’t get around to doing everything. The trick of the “smart” cake is that we pour homogeneous dough into the mold, and at the end we have a cake consisting of three layers. The first layer is sponge cake, the second layer is creamy, very similar to custard, the third layer is similar to a soufflé. The “smart” cake is very, very tasty, my family was delighted.
I must say that the first time I did not make the cake. Only two layers were formed: a thin sponge cake and a soufflé. Perhaps this happened because the shape was too big, perhaps the mode was chosen incorrectly. Therefore, when re-cooking, I took a smaller pan (about 18 cm by 25 cm) and adjusted the baking mode.
To prepare a “smart” cake according to the recipe, we will need:
- 4 eggs,
- 125 grams of butter (some recipes contain margarine, but I doubt that in this recipe it is appropriate to change butter to margarine),
- 150 grams of sugar,
- 15 grams of vanilla sugar,
- 1 tablespoon of water,
- 500 ml milk (must be warm),
- 120 grams of flour.

Let's melt the butter. I usually do this on low power in the microwave, it’s very convenient. Set the melted butter aside to cool.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. You need to separate carefully so that not a drop of yolk gets into the whites. You need to pour the whites into a dry, clean container.
Add water, sugar and vanilla sugar to the yolks, beat until the mixture turns white.
Add the butter to the yolks and mix well again.
Sift the flour and add to the egg-butter mixture. Beat the mixture again with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Pour half the amount of warm milk, mix the dough with a mixer. Add the second half of milk and mix again.
Beat the whites. You need to beat the whites with clean, dry whisks in a clean and dry container. A drop of water or fat can ruin the whole thing. First, beat at low mixer speed, then the mixer speed can be increased. The whites need to be beaten to strong peaks. Whipped whites do not fall out of an inverted cup.
Add the whites to the main dough and mix them very carefully, from bottom to top. This will not be so easy to do, since the squirrels float up all the time. At the end, you can bring the dough to a more or less homogeneous state using a whisk. The consistency of the dough is liquid.

Line a baking dish with baking paper and pour in the dough. You can grease the mold, but, as practice shows, it is safer to cover it.
Bake the “smart cake” in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 60 minutes. The top of the cake should be browned.
I baked in the “top-bottom heat” mode at medium level.
Remove the finished cake from the oven and leave it in the pan until it cools completely. Then put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Now the cake can be removed from the mold, remove the paper and cut into portions. Then it’s a matter of taste, you can sprinkle with powder, decorate with berries, whipped cream.
