As you know, using a multicooker you can cook a huge variety of dishes, and cabbage rolls are no exception.
In general, this dish is held in high esteem in my family, but I rarely cooked it - it’s still quite a chore... But everything changed when we bought a multicooker. Stuffed cabbage rolls are prepared so simply in a slow cooker that I am ready to delight my family with them very often. I’ll tell you how to cook cabbage rolls in a slow cooker! Purpose: For lunch / For dinner Main ingredient: Meat / Vegetables / Cabbage / Minced meat Dish: Hot dishes / Cabbage rolls

Ingredients:

Chopped meat— 500 gr.
Onion- 4 things.
Rice— 90 gr.
Carrot- 4 things.
Refined oil- for frying
Salt- taste
Spices- taste
Sour cream- 400 gr.
Flour- 60 gr.
Butter- 50 gr.
Water- 100 ml.

Step 1

Boil water using a large saucepan. Place the previously prepared head of cabbage there and cook until the leaves soften.

Step 2

Peel the onions and carrots. The carrots should be chopped using a grater, and the onion should be cut into quarter rings.

Step 3

Fry the prepared vegetables on the “Fry” mode for 5-7 minutes. Separate half the contents of the sauce bowl.

Step 4

Rinse the rice and then boil until half cooked.

Step 5

Combine all filling ingredients and mix thoroughly with your hands.

Remove the cabbage from the pan and separate into individual leaves.

Place tomato paste and butter in a slow cooker. Turn on the “Baking” mode and fry for 10 minutes. Then put it in a bowl.

Disassemble the head of cabbage into leaves. Boil them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Place on a plate and let cool.

The thick part must be cut off from each cabbage leaf.

Finely chop the onion.

In a separate bowl, mix minced meat, washed rice, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Step 1

For cabbage rolls, you need to choose a beautiful, even head of cabbage with whole leaves. The cabbage must be blanched. To make it convenient to wrap the filling, the leaves should be soft and pliable.

To do this, they are blanched in hot water. If the head of cabbage is large, separate the leaves from the stalk by carefully cutting it out.

Dip cabbage leaves into boiling water for 5 minutes, reducing the heat so that the water does not boil. After boiling water, dip the leaves into cold water. If the veins are thick, they can be carefully cut off with a knife without disturbing the integrity of the leaves.

Step 2

Any meat is suitable for cabbage rolls. Or rather, the meat that you like best. You can use chicken, pork or beef. After washing the piece of meat under running water, it must be cut into pieces and passed through a meat grinder. Together with the meat, you need to twist 1 onion.

Step 3

Rinse the rice under running water in a sieve until the water becomes clear. Boil it over low heat until half cooked. You can cook rice in a pressure cooker or Redmond slow cooker.

To do this, you need to fill it with a liter of water, add salt, close the lid of the multicooker and turn on the “Grain” mode for 25 minutes. When the rice is ready, transfer it to another container.
