  • 10 gr. fine salt of the “Extra” class;
  • 5 gr. packaged white sugar;
  • 6 gr. tea soda;
  • a little allspice black pepper for spiciness (2 pinches).

Filling:

  • 100 gr. boiled (milk) sausage;
  • 2 large tomatoes;
  • 300 gr. cheese;
  • home-picked pickled cucumbers – 2–3 pcs.;
  • 1 onion;
  • salad mayonnaise;
  • frozen greens.

Preparation steps:

1. At the initial stage, you need to thoroughly mix the eggs with salt, sugar and black pepper. It is advisable to use black allspice peas, as it gives the pizza an even more piquant taste and aroma.

2. Add warm kefir to the above mixture. Quench the baking soda with vinegar and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Knead the dough well with a wooden spatula. There should be no lumps!

3. In the next step, add all purpose flour.

All this time, continuously stir the dough. During the kneading process, it will become similar to homogeneous thick sour cream.

4. While the oven is preheating, grease a baking pan and pour in the pizza dough.

First of all, I prepare all the filling. You can make whatever pizza topping you prefer, and of course whatever you have in the refrigerator. I took frozen champignons (200g). Sauté them with onions (half an onion) in vegetable oil.

We cut the second half of the onion and marinate in mayonnaise (2 tablespoons). Next, we cut up the entire meat part for the filling, I had boiled sausage, smoked and slightly boiled turkey breast, I chopped all this for the filling. We also cut half a bell pepper. I had cherry tomatoes, I needed 12 of them, 2 of the usual ones will be enough, we cut them too. Three cheeses on a fine or medium grater. And don’t forget that there are mushrooms in the frying pan! Let's do the test. Pour kefir (450g) into a container, break 2 eggs into it and mix.

Next, add sugar (1 tbsp), salt (1 tsp), vegetable oil (2 tbsp) and mix. Next, gradually add it to the flour and mix thoroughly, the dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Lastly, add 1 tsp to the dough. soda and mix thoroughly. The dough is ready. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it, since the dough is liquid, it will distribute itself evenly over the baking sheet.

Let's start laying out the filling. I start with the meat base. Next is the bell pepper. Next, sautéed champignons with onions. Next is the onion, which was marinated in mayonnaise. And a tomato.
