Recipe ingredients:

  • canned fish in its own juice 2 cans
  • eggs 6 pcs.
  • greens (dill, parsley, green onions) large bunch
  • sour cream 250 ml.
  • mayonnaise 250 ml.
  • flour 200 g.
  • soda 1 teaspoon
  • vinegar 1 tbsp. spoon
  • salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Hard boil 3 eggs. Cut into large pieces. Remove the canned food from the jar and mash it lightly with a fork.
  2. Finely chop the greens. Mix greens with chopped eggs and fish. Salt the filling and season with pepper. Mix everything again.
  3. Break three eggs into a bowl and beat lightly. Pour vinegar into sour cream with mayonnaise and add soda. Stir. Add foamed sour cream and mayonnaise to the eggs. Stir. Add flour. The dough should not be too thick.

  • two cans of fish;
  • six eggs;
  • a bunch of green onions;
  • two hundred grams of butter and sour cream;
  • one hundred grams of hard cheese;
  • the same amount of processed food, preferably without any additives;
  • four glasses of flour;
  • a teaspoon of salt and soda;
  • 150 grams of mayonnaise.
  • Break two eggs into a bowl, add soft butter, salt, soda and sour cream. They mix. Then add the sifted flour. Knead the dough. It needs to be covered with cling film to prevent it from airing, and then removed for a while. Four hard-boiled eggs. The fish is removed from the jars and mashed with a fork until it becomes a paste. The processed cheese is first put in the freezer, then grated on a fine grater. The onion is washed, dried, and then finely chopped. The eggs are peeled and also crushed using a grater. Do the same with hard cheese.

    Everything is mixed. Season with mayonnaise and knead again. The baking tray should be greased with a piece of butter. The dough is rolled out and placed on a baking sheet, forming sides. Distribute the filling over the pie. This delicacy is baked for forty minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. It is better to cool the finished open pie slightly in the oven so that it is better cut into portioned pieces.

    • cauliflower 300 g.

    4. Beat cream, eggs and flour until smooth. Season with salt and add finely chopped herbs.

    Ingredients needed for the classic recipe:

    • 150 ml sunflower oil (odorless);
    • one egg;
    • 30 ml lemon juice;
    • ½ teaspoon prepared mustard;
    • salt and sugar to your taste.
    • Preparation:

    1. Beat the egg well.
    2. Without stopping, add sugar and salt, as well as mustard.
    3. If desired, you can add ground black pepper.
    4. When the ingredients are mixed, pour in the juice and oil in small portions.
    5. The whipping process is continued until the mass thickens.

    Cooking method:

If there is a lot of liquid or oil in the canned food, drain otherwise the filling will be too wet. Season the filling with salt, pepper and dried dill. In summer, instead of dried dill, you can add any herbs (dill, parsley, green onions, celery, basil).
    3. Grease the mold with oil. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Place one on the bottom of the mold. Place the filling on top. Cover the pie with the other half of the dough. Brush the top with egg yolk using a pastry brush. Wait 15 minutes (to allow the dough to rise) and bake for 40 minutes.

    First, I simply rolled out the dough on a work surface, after sprinkling it with flour. Then I transferred the rolled out layer onto baking paper and formed a layer cake on the paper, which makes it easier to transfer it to a baking sheet later.

    What we need:

    • puff pastry (yeast) dough – 500 g;
    • fish fillet – 200 g;
    • potatoes – 400 g;
    • onion – 1 pc.;
    • salt, pepper - to taste;
    • spices for fish - to taste.

    Quantity: 6-8 servings

    Cooking time: 1 hour 30 minutes.

    1. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces. Remove the bones.

    2. Chop the onion into half rings.

    3. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Try to cut thinner to give the potatoes time to cook.

    4. Roll out the dough so that you get a layer 5 mm thick, 25 cm wide, and make the length so that the braid then fits on a baking sheet. In my case it is 35 cm.
    5. Place potatoes in the middle, add salt and pepper.

    6. Place onions on potatoes.

    7. Top with pieces of fish, salt, pepper and add fish spices to taste.

    8. Make cuts along the edges as shown in the photo. Strips of dough 3 cm wide.

    9. Braid the puff strips and bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

    At the end we get a delicious, hearty fish pie - 2 in 1 with fish and a side dish (potatoes) for it. The pie is delicious both warm and cold.

    When there is no time to prepare the main dish and side dish, a pie filled with potatoes and canned fish is suitable. To prepare it, you can use boiled or raw potatoes, leftover mashed potatoes. The dough is prepared instantly, due to its liquid consistency it evenly covers the filling and provides a beautiful crust. The pie is prepared quickly and easily. Even the lazy can cope with its preparation.

    Recipe ingredients:

    • eggs 3 pcs.
    • flour 1 cup
    • kefir ½ cup
    • mayonnaise ½ cup
    • soda ½ teaspoon
    • salt, pepper to taste
    • potatoes (boiled in their jackets) 5 pcs.
    • onion 2 pcs.
    • canned food 2 jars
    • parsley a few sprigs

    Recipe for making pie with canned fish and potatoes:

    1. Mix soda with kefir. Let stand until the kefir begins to foam. Mix eggs, kefir, mayonnaise, flour. Salt and pepper to taste. The filling is ready.
    2. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices and place on the bottom of the mold. It is recommended to grease the mold with any fat. Place finely chopped onion and pieces of fish on the potatoes. Sprinkle the filling with chopped parsley.

    If the housewife has at least a little time to cook and does not need to rush, for example, when guests arrive, then it is better to take regular frozen puff pastry. In addition, canned pink salmon, 2 eggs, a bunch of green onions and sesame seeds will be used.

    1. The dough must be defrosted in advance by placing it on a floured surface. The top of the sheet is covered with a bag or cling film.
    2. While the dough is resting after freezing (about 45 minutes), you can start filling. For it, eggs are hard-boiled and then finely chopped along with herbs. The fish is simply mashed with a fork.
    3. When all the filling ingredients are mixed together, you need to taste them and add salt if necessary. You can use any seasonings and spices.
    4. The filling is laid out on the first sheet of dough and covered with the second. The edges of the two parts are securely pinched and folded down. All that remains is to transfer the future pie onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

    It is very important to make long thin cuts around the entire perimeter of the dough. The pie is also greased with yolk mixed with a small amount of water and sprinkled generously with sesame seeds. All that remains is to put it in the oven for 25-35 minutes.
