Turkey meat, like any other lean meat, has one drawback - the minced meat from it can come out a little dry. However, this problem can be solved. To do this, the cook needs to know and take into account several important points. Then he will successfully cope with the task, even without much cooking experience.
- To prepare stuffing, it is better to choose fresh or chilled turkey. Frozen products can also be used, but they must be allowed to thaw in natural conditions without exposing them to sudden temperature changes. Trying to speed up the process using a microwave or warm water will lead to a deterioration in the organoleptic qualities of poultry meat.
- Minced meat can be made from any part of the bird. From the thigh it will come out more juicy and healthy, from the breast it will be more tender and dietary. It is acceptable to mix breast and thigh meat. But it’s better not to add skin and cartilage to the minced meat. With them it will be less tasty and less healthy.

- Peel the garlic cloves.

Cooking method:
- After washing and drying the poultry meat with a paper towel, cut it into small pieces.
- Cut the lard into small pieces.
- Wash, peel, and core the apple. Cut the pulp into several pieces.
- Remove the peel and cut the onion into medium-sized cubes.
- Pass the turkey, lard, onion and apple through a meat grinder, alternating pieces.

- turkey fillet – 0.5 kg;
- fresh champignons – 0.25 kg;
- onions – 75 g;

- butter – 50 g.
