- 1 cup honey;
- 1 cup of kefir;

- Butter, cut into 1/2 cup pieces;

- 1/3 cup clover honey (or other soft honey);
- 1/4 teaspoon regular table salt and 3/4 teaspoon coarse salt;
- 4 cups old fashioned rolled oats;
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder;
- 1 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter, stirring.
- Mix sugar, honey and salt into the butter (using regular salt, mix in the entire amount; leave a little coarse crystalline salt for decorating the cookies);
- Mix everything very thoroughly until the consistency is completely homogeneous.
- Add oatmeal and baking powder, stir.
- After a few minutes, stir in the flour evenly.
- Before baking cookies from the finished dough, let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Use a tablespoon or ice cream scoop to scoop out the dough and place on the baking sheet, spacing 2 centimeters apart. Sprinkle coarse salt on top.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C until the pieces are brown at the edges. Let cool slightly on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack using a wide spatula.

- 2 tablespoons coconut oil;
