We measure out a glass of boiling water, pour it into the finished dough, mix and send it all into the mold. Bake the biscuit in boiling water until done. Cool and cut into slices, usually making three layers.

The cream is simple but very tasty. We start with cream. Beat until foamy, gradually add powder, and then cream cheese. You don't need to beat it for a long time with it. We wash and dry the berries, cut the strawberries into two or three slices.

Add a little fine salt to the whites and beat them into a stiff, stable foam. Beat the yolks into a foam with sugar and lemon zest, add, stirring, flour, starch, cocoa, carefully fold in the whipped whites. Mix the biscuit chocolate dough from bottom to top, adding vodka.

Prepare a small baking sheet, grease it with oil or line it with parchment paper, pour the dough onto it, spreading it evenly over the entire surface.

Bake the sponge cake until done in a hot oven and carefully tip the tray with the sponge cake onto a table lined with white paper. Let the biscuit cool without removing the baking sheet from it - this way it will remain more moist and will not crumble. If the biscuit was baked on parchment paper, remove it.

Pour the gelatin with a small amount of cream diluted with cold boiled water, let it swell (prepare the gelatin before starting the cake) and then dissolve it over low heat. Make puree from half the washed and peeled strawberries, mixed with sugar. Whip the cream and carefully stir in the strawberry puree and completely dissolved gelatin. As soon as the jelly begins to harden, add the remaining strawberries, cut into quarters.

Place the biscuit base on a dish, apply semi-hardened jelly on it in an even layer, level the surface with a long thin knife dipped in hot water and place in the refrigerator. Before serving, decorate the frozen cake with decorations of whipped cream and whole strawberries, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
