  • Frozen shrimp (400 g).
  • Large sweet peppers (1 piece each): red, yellow, green.
  • Black grapes (300−350 g).
  • Lightly salted salmon or pink salmon, fillet (180−200 g).
  • Freshly squeezed juice from ¼ lemon.
  • Vegetable oil (preferably olive) - to taste.

Cook the shrimp for 4 minutes, let cool and peel. Cut red fish into thin slices. Mix seafood and fish. Wash the grapes. Cut each berry in half and remove the grains. Peel the pepper. Thinly slice the pulp lengthwise. Mix all ingredients. Add lemon juice and oil. The finished dish can be decorated with sweet pepper.

Before serving, leave in a cool place for 20-30 minutes.
