  1. Cut the breast into strips.
  2. Wash and peel the asparagus.
  3. At the same time, boil a saucepan with enough salted water to cover the asparagus by a few centimeters.
  4. Boil for five minutes.
  5. After five minutes, throw the asparagus into cold water or rinse with cold water.

For the sauce:

  1. Grate the cheese.
  2. Fry the entire amount of flour in 30 ml of oil for 60 seconds.
  3. At the same time, heat the broth and milk, since after 60 seconds, you need to pour in the milk, and then the broth.

For dressing: finely chop the nuts using a blender or knife, add them to the sour cream along with sesame seeds, add salt and mix. The Goat in the Garden salad with meat has several variations. For example, you can take chicken fillet as the main component. The dish will be light, dietary and low-calorie.

For the recipe you need:

  • 0.5 medium head of cabbage;
  • 3 boiled beets;
  • 2 chicken fillets;
  • 2 apples;
  • 220 grams of Korean carrots;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 180-200 grams of mayonnaise.

How to properly prepare such a light salad:

  1. First, the meat must be boiled in salted water, adding a couple of bay leaves to the broth. Then cut the cooled fillet into cubes.
  2. Slowly chop the cabbage. If it is too hard, you can crush it a little with your hands.
  3. Peel the beets and chop into strips.
  4. Chop the apple in the same way. True, the core must first be cut out of it. Sprinkle apple juice with lemon juice. This will prevent unwanted oxidation of the pulp.

For those who keep strict records of their calorie intake, it is not necessary to add mayonnaise. As a last resort, you can prepare the sauce yourself or replace it with low-fat sour cream.

The recipe indicates the use of cherry tomatoes, but this is not a prerequisite - you can also use regular tomatoes.

  • Chicken fillet 200 grams
  • Lolla Rossa salad, iceberg – 100 grams
  • Fresh cucumber 2-3 pieces
  • Cherry tomatoes 10 pieces
  • White cabbage 200 grams
  • For dressing: 200 grams of full-fat sour cream, 2 tablespoons of mustard seed, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Boil the chicken fillet for 10-13 minutes over low heat, adding salt and bay leaf to the water. After the meat is cooked, cool it and cut into cups. Wash the salad and tear it carelessly with your hands. Wash the cucumber, peel and cut into square pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Chop the cabbage thinly and long. For dressing, mix sour cream, olive oil, mustard seed and soy sauce.
