I indicated the quantity for six servings, so we will need six chicken thighs, but the quantity, of course, can be increased or decreased if desired. Add garlic to taste; fans can use more cloves. We do the same with salt and spices. Opponents of mayonnaise can safely replace it in the recipe with sour cream.
