And after a minute, lay out the chicken so that all the pieces touch the bottom. Fry for 5 minutes on one side, stir and another 5 minutes. You want a barely noticeable golden crust to appear.

During this time, we clean and wash the sweet peppers and remove the seeds. If some get inside the pepper, it is very easy to remove them under running water. We cut off the protruding partitions from the inside. And cut lengthwise into thin strips. Pour into the pan with the chicken and stir.

Reduce heat to medium, cover with a lid and cook for 7 minutes, be sure to stir a couple of times.

Pineapple, if you have it fresh, should be placed in a frying pan along with pepper. If canned, then after 7 minutes it is already soft, you just need to warm it up.
