Preparation:
1. Put sugar, salt, soda, butter in lukewarm milk. Add eggs one at a time. Beat everything well.
2. Add about 200 g of flour and beat again.
3. Add the rest of the flour in parts. The pancake dough should have the consistency of medium thick sour cream.
4. Bake pancakes in a frying pan with a diameter of about 24 cm. Before each pancake, grease its surface with oil.
5. Beat sour cream with sugar. If desired, add vanilla at the tip of a knife.
6. Roll one pancake into a roll and cut into 5-7 pieces. It will be used to decorate the top of the pancake cake.
7. Grease each pancake with cream and place them in a stack on a plate.
8. Place improvised roses on top.
9. After the cake has stood for an hour on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator, it can be cut and served with tea.
Pancake cake with sour cream

- Vanilla sugar – 1 packet.
- Raw egg yolks – 4 pcs.
- Premium wheat flour – 50 gr.
- Milk – 500 ml.
Algorithm of actions:
- Heat the milk and cool it.
- Mix the remaining ingredients. Rub thoroughly with a spoon until all lumps disappear.
- Pour in milk. Stir again.
- Place the mixture on the lowest heat. Heat.

• Egg – 3 pcs.; • Milk – 400 ml; • A pinch of salt; • 1/2 pack of instant yeast; • Margarine – 1 pack; • Flour to dough consistency. Beat the eggs, add salt, melt the margarine over low heat and add to the eggs. To prevent eggs from curdling from hot margarine, you can add a glass of milk to the melted hot margarine. Then combine the margarine-milk mixture with the egg mixture and add another glass of milk to our dough. Sift the flour and mix with the yeast. You need to start with a glass of flour. Then pour the flour into the batter and stir well. We check the finished dough by sound by pouring it into a saucepan with a ladle. If a sound like “Gurg” is heard, so pleasant and familiar to everyone, then the dough is ready. But pancake cakes are rarely prepared with sour pancakes; the only familiar recipe is with sour cream.
For the cream, strain 0.5 liters of sour cream through cheesecloth and mix with 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar.

- 345 g unsweetened “live” yogurt
- 65 g sugar
- a little vanillin
Glaze:
- 125 g heavy cream from 33%
- 50 g brown sugar
- 15 g butter
- 50 g chopped walnuts
The banana needs to be cut and mashed to a puree.
Then combine it with the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
