Salad with smoked chicken, Korean carrots and corn
A nutritious and quite tasty salad that can easily diversify your usual diet. It is done very quickly and does not require any special cooking skills.
Products:
- 600 grams of smoked chicken (if you chose fillet, you will need a little less);
- 250 grams of Korean carrots;
- a jar of canned corn;
- a small pack of crackers (rye, preferably with a spicy taste);
- greens as desired (green onions, parsley);
- mayonnaise to taste.
Cooking option
We take the meat and separate it from the bones, then cut it into small cubes or tear it into fibers. We transfer it to a plate and add corn there (you need to drain the liquid from it first).
Then add Korean carrots to the plate (if they are too spicy, you can rinse them with water). If the carrots are long, you can cut them in half.
Wash the greens and finely chop. Place it on a plate with salad, add croutons and season the dish with mayonnaise. If necessary, add a little salt and serve immediately, otherwise the crackers will become soggy and tasteless.
Salad with Korean carrots and smoked breast
This recipe for a salad with Korean carrots and meat: the line between domestic and Asian salads. In terms of ingredients, it is so reminiscent of standard dressings, but in fact it is a completely different sauce. And incredibly delicious and original!
List of ingredients:
- 400 grams of smoked chicken meat;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 100 grams of Korean carrots;
- 30 grams of almonds;
- 2 onions;
- 30 ml. olive oil;
- 1 jalapeno pepper;
- Spices;
- 80 ml lemon juice.
Salad with Korean carrots and chicken recipe:
- Cut the chicken meat into pieces. It is important that it is soft.
- Squeeze the carrots from the marinade and shorten the strips.
- Peel the onions and cut into half rings, not too thin. Pour boiling water over the resulting slices.
- Wash the jalapeno, remove the seeds and stem, and cut into pieces.
- Dry the peeled almonds in a frying pan.
- In a blender, combine peeled garlic, jalapeno, olive oil, lemon juice and salt until smooth. Then add almonds and beat again. When the consistency is smooth, add more lemon juice or salt to taste.
- Place carrots, meat, and onions in portions on plates. Top generously with dressing. Serve immediately.
Tip: smoked chicken can be replaced with boiled chicken. Roll the meat in plenty of salt and marinate for about an hour. Then wash the fillet, cook in broth with carrots, parsley, spices, and onions. After the product has cooled, use it for its intended purpose.
Any vegetable, root vegetable, fruit and even meat can be made Korean. By learning to play with spices, you will achieve “exactly the taste” that you get in a restaurant, cafeteria, store, or with a friend. And even better! - mayonnaise sauce, salt and spices to taste.

- Add carrots and corn.

- 50 g smoked chicken;
- 50 g cabbage;

- 0.2 kg smoked chicken fillet;

- 150 g hard cheese;
- 2 boiled eggs;

Products:
- 200 grams of smoked chicken fillet (if you take meat with a bone, you will need a little more);
- 200 grams of Korean carrots;
- 100 grams of sweet pepper (preferably yellow);
- mayonnaise to taste.
Cooking option
We separate the chicken fillet into fibers and place it in a salad bowl. It is advisable to make them not too large so that they do not stand out from the dish and are well soaked in the sauce.
Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into thin strips. The thinner the vegetable is sliced, the tastier it will be.
Add pepper to the chicken, add carrots in Korean style and season the salad with mayonnaise. It wouldn’t hurt to sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs (green onions, parsley).
Salad with corn and croutons
This salad is prepared with corn and croutons, it turns out very tasty and satisfying.
- 400 gr. smoked chicken fillet;
- 250 gr. ready-made Korean carrot snack (medium spicy);
- 250 gr. canned corn;

- 50 gr. ready-made crackers with cheese flavor.
- 1 can of red beans in their own juice;
- 150 gr. Korean carrots (ready-made snack);
- 1 smoked chicken leg;
- 4 eggs;
- mayonnaise to taste.
Remove the skin from the leg and cut out the bones. Cut the meat into small pieces. Eggs should be boiled in advance so that they have time to cool completely before cooking. We clean them and chop them into neat cubes or sticks.
Drain the liquid from the canned beans and rinse them with cold water. Mix beans with carrots, chicken and eggs. Season with mayonnaise.
Advice! If you don’t like mayonnaise, then you can prepare a sour cream dressing for this salad by adding a little mustard, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.

Required Products:
- chicken breast – 250 g;
- canned corn - 1 can;
- Korean carrots – 250 g;
- mayonnaise for dressing;
- Kirieshki crackers – 1 pack;
- salt, pepper to taste;
- olives – 60 g.
Recipe:
- The chicken breast is cleaned of bones and skin and finely chopped.
- Mix with corn and Korean carrots, add mayonnaise.
- Salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly.
- To decorate the salad, use kirieshka croutons and olives cut into halves.

Korean chicken salad with beans and carrots
The salad is not only tasty, but also filling, since it contains beans, which gives the dish a certain flavor. For cooking, I advise you to use red beans. If you wish, you can throw in a handful of crackers.
You will need:
- Smoked chicken – 500 gr.
- Beans - a jar.
- Eggs – 4 pcs.
- Green onions - 3-4 feathers.
- Mayonnaise sauce – 100 ml.
- Korean carrots – 100 gr.
How to cook:
- Boil hard-boiled eggs, chop into cubes. Pour the brine out of the can of beans and remove excess liquid from the carrot salad.
- Remove the skin from the chicken piece and chop into cubes or large pieces.
- Combine in a salad bowl, season, stir. For a ceremonial serving, the appetizer can be made in portions, placed in molds or tall glasses.
- After cooking, the salad needs to stand for the food to soak in the sauce.
How to prepare “Smoked breast and Korean carrot salad”
1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance. Boil the eggs hard and cut into small cubes.
2. Place the eggs in a salad bowl, in which, in fact, you will serve the dish.
3. Lubricate the egg layer with mayonnaise.
4. Next, cut the chicken breast into the same cube as the eggs and lay it out in a second layer.
5. Grease with mayonnaise again.
6. Cut the cucumbers into cubes (you can peel them, but I usually leave them on), place them on top of the breast with mayonnaise.
7. Cut the Korean carrots and place them on the cucumbers.
