Marseille salad with crab sticks and croutons

Ingredients:

  • Crab sticks - 1 package
  • Crackers with cheese flavor - 1 bag
  • Canned corn - 1 can
  • Apples - 3-4 pcs.
  • Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Chopped walnut kernels - 1/3 cup
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Peel and core the apples to cut into small cubes.
  2. Also cut boiled eggs and crab sticks into small cubes.
  3. Place chopped apples, eggs and crab sticks in a salad bowl to add corn without liquid.
  4. Also add crackers and chopped walnut kernels.
  5. Mix all ingredients, season with mayonnaise and serve immediately.

Salad with chicken, canned corn, rice and cucumber

List of ingredients:

  • boiled chicken - 150g;
  • rice - 80g;

Cooking process:

  1. Boil the chicken and rice in advance. Let the products cool.
  2. Cut the fillet into pieces and add boiled rice to it.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes and add it to the meat with rice.
  4. Place the diced cucumber in a bowl.
  5. Add corn. Mix. Let's taste for salt.
  6. Season with mayonnaise (homemade is the best option) or sour cream. Let it sit for a while and soak. And serve for dinner.

Salad recipe with crab sticks - the most delicious

An interestingly decorated salad will pleasantly decorate the table and surprise guests.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Rice 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • Crab sticks – 2.5 packs (25 pcs.)
  • Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Canned corn - 1 can
  • Pistachios - 1/2 cup
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Mayonnaise, olive, ground black pepper

Preparing the recipe:

  1. Boil the rice.
  2. Cut into small cubes: eggs, cucumbers, a pack of crab sticks.
  3. Crush the pistachios.
  4. Place rice, corn, eggs, cucumbers, crab sticks, pistachios in a cup to mix with mayonnaise. Add some more pepper.
  5. Place the mixture into a serving plate in the form of an oblong oval to decorate.
  6. Use the remaining crab sticks to form the salad into a crab shape.
  7. To do this, cut six sticks in half crosswise and lay out the shell of the crayfish. Cut two sticks crosswise into three parts and lay out the tail. Cut three sticks in half crosswise, but make the cut on the bias. Lay out the front claws of the crayfish. Cut one crab stick into six thin strips and make legs out of them on each side. Chop another stick and make a head.
  8. Cut the olive crosswise and make eyes.

Salad with chicken, corn, egg and prunes

What we need:

  • chicken (chicken breast fillet) - 1 piece;
  • prunes - 100g;
  • potatoes - 1 piece;
  • fresh cucumber - 1 piece;
  • egg - 2 pcs;
  • corn - 3-4 tbsp;
  • salt;
  • mayonnaise.

Let's prepare this salad step by step

  1. First of all, let's decide in what form we will serve it. I have a square salad pan.
  2. Boil eggs, potatoes, and chicken separately. Let's cool it.
  3. Cut the meat into pieces. Place the pan on a flat dish and lay out the meat as the first layer. Coat it with mayonnaise.
  4. Cut the prunes into quarters or pieces of any shape and place a second layer on top.
  5. Grate the potatoes on top of it using a large-mesh grater. We coat it.
  6. Finely chop the cucumber into cubes. It will be the fourth layer in the salad.
  7. The grated eggs will be placed on top of the cucumber. Lubricate them with mayonnaise.
  8. The last chord will be corn. If you have greens, decorate. Yellow corn kernels go well with fresh herbs.

Salad with corn and cucumbers - a simple recipe

Ingredients for 4-5 servings:

  • Crab sticks - 200 g
  • Rice - 1/2 cup
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.
  • Canned corn - 1 jar
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise, ground black pepper - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Boil the rice until cooked, then drain and cool.
  2. Strain the corn from the jar.
  3. Boil the eggs hard and peel.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Then pour boiling water to strain after 20 minutes.
  5. Cut boiled eggs, crab sticks and all cucumbers into cubes.
  6. Form the corn salad in layers so that each layer is coated with mayonnaise.
  7. 1 layer - rice.
  8. 2nd layer - pickled cucumbers.
  9. 3rd layer - crab sticks.
  10. 4th layer - eggs.
  11. 5th layer - onion.
  12. 6th layer - corn.
  13. 7th layer (top) - fresh cucumber.

Garnish with strips of fresh cucumbers.

Salads with canned corn and meat products

Delicious and more filling salads with canned corn and meat. Squeeze 200 g of grains from the juice. Pour 150 g of raw chicken fillet with cold water, add a pinch of salt and a bay leaf. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Boil 4 eggs at the same time. Cut the fillet, eggs, large peeled carrots and 100 g of cheese into cubes 1 cm wide. Use hard cheese. Salt and season the salad with mayonnaise to taste. For lovers of spicy food, add a small onion, peeled and cut into squares, to the appetizer. Store the salad in a cool place for no more than a day.

A salad made from corn and boiled sausage is quick and easy to prepare. Boil 2 eggs. Place 150 g of corn in a sieve while the liquid drains, cut 200 g of boiled sausage, a small cucumber and cooled eggs into small cubes. Add chopped, fresh herbs and corn to the products. Season the salad with mayonnaise. Place the remaining snack in the refrigerator.

How to make potato and corn salad

Ingredients:

  • Canned corn - 1 can
  • Boiled potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
  • Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Crab chips - 1 pack
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the eggs.
  2. Finely chop the boiled potatoes.
  3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. Chop the crab chips finely too.
  5. Mix all prepared ingredients together and stir.
  6. Before serving, add mayonnaise to mix gently.

Garnish the dish with dill sprigs and corn flowers.

Grocery list:

  • chicken breast 300 gr;
  • canned corn 200 gr;
  • egg 2 pcs.;
  • cucumber 150 gr;
  • carrots 1 pc.;
  • potatoes 2 pcs.;
  • green onions 1 bunch;
  • mayonnaise 200 gr;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking step by step

  1. First of all, boil the potatoes and carrots. In a separate saucepan, hard boil the eggs. Without wasting time, let's prepare the remaining ingredients. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. If the skin is rough, thick or bitter, I recommend cutting it off.
  2. Boil the chicken in salted water until cooked. It separates easily from the bone. We chop the chicken meat into small pieces; as a rule, they break down into fibers themselves.
  3. Peel the boiled potatoes and carrots. We cut it in the same way - into small cubes. It is advisable to cut all components into pieces of approximately the same size.
  4. We remove the eggs from the shell and chop them just as finely. If desired, separate the white from the yolk and chop them separately. Place the egg white with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Open a jar of canned corn and drain the marinade.
  6. We take a deep bowl in which it is convenient to prepare the salad. It should be voluminous so that it is easy to mix the ingredients. Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
  7. Chop the greens and set the thick stems aside. They are coarse and will be tough in a salad.
  8. Place the green onions in a bowl and add mayonnaise. Don't forget to add salt. You can season it with a sauce based on natural yoghurt. Why add finely chopped dill, a little mustard, a little salt to the yogurt and the sauce is ready.
  9. Mix the entire contents of the bowl, adding salt if necessary. Everything is ready, all that remains is to arrange it beautifully for serving.
  10. You can serve it in a large plate, but serving it in portions looks more elegant and festive.

Layered salad with chicken fillet, corn and Korean carrots

In my opinion, chicken fillet just goes perfectly in taste with spicy, sour Korean carrots and sweet corn. Each of these products complements the others perfectly. The result is a dish that you will never get tired of.

  • 350 gr. chicken fillet;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 1 can of canned corn;
  • 250 gr. Korean carrots;
  • 150 gr. cheese;
  • 150 gr. mayonnaise.

Cut the boiled chicken breast into cubes.

Grate the cheese and eggs on a coarse grater.

Drain all the liquid from the corn.

Place a split ring on the dish and lay out the first layer of chicken.

Next we lay out a layer of corn.

Now add the cheese.

The next layer is made of Korean carrots.

Place the eggs as the last layer.

Cover the mold with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 40 minutes to soak.

Carefully remove the ring and decorate with greenery if desired.

Personally, I don’t have time to decorate this salad. In my family, it is eaten immediately and without any decorations, and often without soaking.
