  • Tomato paste – 20 g;
  • Salt – ½-1 tsp;
  • Pepper mixture – 1 tsp.

How to make stuffed zucchini boats

  1. Wash the zucchini, remove the ends from both sides and cut each fruit lengthwise into 2 parts. Now remove the pulp from each half with a spoon, leaving 1 centimeter thick walls along the edges.
  2. We grind the squash pulp that we scooped out from the middle in a meat grinder and mix it with the minced meat.
  3. Rice should be washed very well so that the water becomes clear, and then pour 1 glass of water over the cereal and set to cook. Transfer the boiled rice to the minced meat and squash, add salt, pepper and mix everything.
  4. Fill the boats with the meat mixture (but not to the brim) and place them in the multicooker bowl.

  1. Let's prepare zucchini boats. We cut the fruits into 2 parts lengthwise, scrape out the pulp with a spoon, leaving only a little to strengthen the walls, about 1 centimeter. As a result of all manipulations, we should get 4 portioned boats.
  2. Let's prepare the filling. Cut the chicken fillet into very small pieces, or grind in a meat grinder with the largest attachment. Chop the mushrooms into small cubes, chop the onion very finely, cut the tomatoes into thin circles, cut the cheese into 4 long but thin slices, or into 8 small ones.
  3. Let's make the sauce. Beat sour cream and eggs with a whisk, add salt to taste and mix with dill.
  4. We are filling the boats. Add some salt and pepper to the minced chicken if desired, mix with mushrooms and onions and place the resulting mixture into boats. Next, pour the sauce into each boat, place tomato slices on top and cover the boats with cheese slices.

Transfer fried chicken to a clean plate and keep warm. Heat the butter with vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the onion, lightly salt and fry until soft. Add bell pepper.

And fry, stirring, for 3-5 minutes.

Add the diced zucchini pulp.

And fry for about 3-5 minutes.

  1. We remove the core from the zucchini cut into two long halves, forming a boat-shaped container from the fruit with walls 10-15 millimeters thick.
  2. Place the finely chopped onion in a well-heated frying pan and fry it with the addition of vegetable oil until golden brown. Then put the minced meat in a container and reduce the heat, stir everything with a wooden spatula and simmer the meat filling under the lid for 15 minutes. During the cooking process, the minced meat should be salted and sprinkled with your favorite seasonings to taste.
  3. In the meantime, cut the tomato into small cubes and add it to the frying pan, mix the filling again, wait a couple of minutes and remove the frying pan from the heat.
