Ingredients: Chinese cabbage – 1 head, sweet pepper – 3–4 pcs. (different colors), soft processed cream cheese - 1 package (200 g), feta cheese or any Caucasian cheese - 200 g, pitted olives - 1 can (200 ml), garlic - 2-3 cloves.

Preparation: grate the cheese, mash the processed cheese, chop the garlic. Cut the pepper into small cubes and the olives into slices. Mix both types of cheese, garlic, pepper and olives. Cut the head of cabbage lengthwise. Coat each leaf of both halves with a thin layer of filling. Put the head of cabbage back together, tie it with thread, wrap it tightly with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. When serving, remove the binding and cut into slices.
