Healthy breakfast: top 4 recipes for banana cheesecakes

An interesting breakfast can be prepared quickly and easily - cheesecakes with banana! Cottage cheese and very tender!

Cheesecakes with banana destroy the established opinion that only raisins are ideally combined with cottage cheese. Tender banana pulp fits perfectly into the structure of the curd dough, giving it a unique soft aroma and a light golden hue.

Bananas can be cut into pieces, each of which will become a version of the original fragrant filling. Cheesecakes with fruit additives need careful breading, especially if the cottage cheese is quite liquid.

The dish is served hot with sweet vanilla sauce, sour cream, whipped cream or bright jam with whole berries.

  • cottage cheese - 220 g
  • banana - 180 g
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • salt - ¼ tsp.
  • baking powder - 2 pinches
  • wheat flour - 4 tbsp. l.
  • corn flour - for breading
  • sunflower oil - for frying

To prepare, take high-quality cottage cheese with a fat content of 5 percent or more. For those who like a more uniform texture of the dish, we recommend rubbing the cottage cheese through a fine strainer.

Transfer the product into a convenient container for kneading dough. Beat in the chicken egg and, thoroughly mashing with a fork or spoon, mix to remove large pieces.

Add granulated sugar and salt. Stir until both ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the curd mixture. At this step you can add a little vanilla or vanilla sugar.

Wash the banana and remove the peel. Cut the pulp into small pieces. Add it to the rest of the ingredients and stir. Use a ripe and flavorful banana. You can grate it on a coarse grater for a more uniform texture.

Add sifted wheat flour and baking powder. Stir. You can start forming cheesecakes.

Wheat flour can be used for breading, but cornmeal adds a sunnier flavor to the finished dish. Take a small amount of curd dough with a spoon and dip it into the yellow flour. Roll on all sides. Form a yellow sun using a wide knife or your hands.

Add a little vegetable oil to the frying pan. Place on fire and heat well. Place the prepared pieces. Fry over moderate heat until golden brown on both sides.

Prepare a flat plate with a paper towel in advance and place the finished cheesecakes on it to remove any remaining oil. Serve immediately to keep the dish warm.

Recipe 2: cheesecakes with banana (step-by-step photos)

Cheesecakes with banana are an easy-to-prepare, but at the same time quite unusual cottage cheese dish that can pleasantly surprise and delight all family members.

Cheesecakes with banana, the recipe for which I want to present today, are quite simply and quickly prepared in a frying pan and can serve as an excellent breakfast, afternoon snack and even a self-sufficient dinner, since they can saturate well and supply the body with a full set of all necessary substances.

  • 500 g cottage cheese 5 - 9%
  • 4 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • 2 small eggs
  • 4 tbsp. l. flour
  • 1 banana
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

Breading:

  • 2 – 3 tbsp. l. flour

To prepare cheesecakes with banana inside, place cottage cheese, salt, sugar and chicken eggs in a deep bowl.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a fork into a homogeneous creamy mass.

Add flour and knead the dough again with a regular fork. The dough for cheesecakes should be dense, but a little sticky.

Peel the banana and cut into slices 5–7 mm thick. It is advisable to cut the banana diagonally so that the circles are larger and feel better inside the cheesecakes.

Now you can start making original cheesecakes with a banana circle inside. To make it easier to work with sticky curd dough, I suggest doing the following. Pour 2 - 3 tbsp into a plate with small sides. l. flour and using a large spoon, place a portion of dough into the flour for one cheesecake.

Lightly roll a piece of dough on all sides in flour so that it does not stick to your hands, and make a flat cake out of it the size of your palm. Place a banana slice in the center of the cake.

Pull the edges of the tortilla up and bring them together over the banana. Carefully seal the dough so that the filling is completely inside, and lightly roll the finished cheesecake in flour.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and place a portion of cheesecakes, not too close to each other, so that it is easier to turn them over. Cook over medium heat, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes until browned.

Carefully turn the cheesecakes over to the other side with a spatula, fry for another 1 - 2 minutes, then cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for 8 - 10 minutes. At the same time, the cheesecakes will rise well and become fluffy and airy, however, if you do not eat them immediately after cooking, they will settle a little as they cool.

Be sure to serve cheesecakes with banana while it’s hot, while they are so tall, beautiful and appetizing! In addition to them, fresh cool sour cream and, of course, a cup of tea or coffee are perfect. Bon appetit!

Recipe 3, step by step: cheesecakes with banana in the oven

I decided to diversify our curd menu and make cheesecakes with banana in the oven. This will be a doubly healthy dish (banana contains potassium, which is very good for the heart and skin).

And since we will make these cheesecakes in the oven in special molds, you don’t have to worry about the quality of the curd consistency - whether the curd mass will spread or not - the cheesecakes will still not fall apart, will bake evenly and, in addition, will have an attractive shape (which is especially important for children like). For example, in the shape of ruddy apples.

So, study my recipe, see my cooking photos.

  • 250 g cottage cheese (I take village cottage cheese - I buy it at the market - but you can use any other)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • salt on the tip of a knife
  • 1 packet of vanillin
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon vinegar

I put the cottage cheese in a convenient container (not too wide and deep enough):

Mash the cottage cheese with a potato masher so that there are no lumps and the consistency is very tender and soft (after this procedure, even store-bought cottage cheese will become much more tender):

I throw one raw egg into a separate wide bowl:

I also throw in 1 packet of vanillin, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of semolina (I prefer semolina to flour, because the cheesecakes turn out tastier; flour overpowers the curd flavor and makes the cheesecakes denser, and semolina, on the contrary, emphasizes the curd flavor and the cheesecakes turn out very well tender) and salt on the tip of a knife (in principle, you can do without salt, but I like it when salt is present even in a sweet dish):

Mix everything thoroughly:

Now we need to add more soda, slaked with vinegar - for the splendor of future cheesecakes.

I take a tablespoon, pour half a teaspoon of soda into it, then add half a teaspoon of vinegar and wait for the soda to completely dissolve in the vinegar:

And then I add this mixture to our bowl with the egg and mix everything again. You will get this fluffy egg mixture:

Now it’s time to add our mashed tender cottage cheese to the bowl (I forgot to take a photo).

After this, I peel the banana and cut it into small cubes:

And I throw the chopped banana into the egg-curd mixture:

And mix everything thoroughly:

Some people beat the banana in a blender (grind it to the level of a curd mass), but I like it in pieces. Then it will be clearly felt in the finished cheesecake, giving it a more appetizing appearance and exotic taste.

You can safely stir the banana pieces; they are quite hard and do not fall apart.

When everything is mixed evenly, you can pour our curd mass into molds:

Do not pour to the brim - because the curd may still rise.

And put it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

The cheesecakes are browned, which means you can take them out:

Place them on a plate.

The cheesecakes taste like nothing short of amazing. Delicate, airy. The banana baked inside gives the taste an amazing exotic sourness.

How to cook cheesecakes with banana and cottage cheese in a frying pan

Grind the cottage cheese with a fork to break up any lumps (you can use a blender for this).

Then add eggs to it, add sugar, vanilla and salt.

Peel the banana and mash it with a fork until it becomes a fruit puree (if the fruits are large, it is enough to take only one, otherwise the curd mass will be too liquid).

Mix cottage cheese with banana pulp.

Now add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder.

Knead the dough not too thick.

With wet hands, form into round balls, then shape into flatbreads.

Bread them in flour on all sides.

Fry the products in a hot, oiled frying pan for a couple of minutes on each side.

Transfer the baked goods to a paper napkin, and when the excess fat is gone, onto a plate.

Cheesecakes with banana and cottage cheese in the oven

To get dietary cheesecakes with banana, we suggest not frying them in a frying pan, but baking them in the oven. This baking option has its advantages. Firstly, there is no harmful fried crust, which contains many carcinogens. Secondly, these cheesecakes can be fed to people who are prescribed a diet or have problems with the gastrointestinal tract. You can take these cheesecakes with you to work as a snack or give them to your child at school, because they don’t come out oily like after frying in a frying pan.

If you have a convection oven, you can make curly cheesecakes (then you won’t need to turn them over). To do this, place the curd mass in small muffin tins.

Healthy breakfast: top 4 recipes for banana cheesecakes

Today you cannot find a person who does not know what cheesecakes are. But not many people know where cheesecakes came from. Today we will learn the history of the appearance of cheesecakes and the recipe for making cheesecakes with banana.

The culinary recipe for cheesecakes appeared a long time ago. There is an opinion that the first cheese dishes appeared in Ancient Rome, in the Roman province of Arabia.

One fine day, the Arabian merchant Kanan began his journey through a deserted area, taking food and milk with him (in a container traditional for nomads - a dried sheep's stomach). The area was deserted and very hot.

In the evening, he sat down to rest and wanted to drink milk, but a strange-looking liquid (whey) poured out of the vessel and a small white lump fell out. Kanan was very upset that he was left without a drink, and he still had to drink the liquid and eat this piece.

To his deep surprise, he noticed that it was quite tasty. He shared his discovery with his friends. And since then, this product, which, due to its production from raw milk, was called cheese, began to be made in every Arabian family.

Cottage cheese, made mainly from unprocessed milk, turned out raw. Hence the name - cheese. Another option for making cottage cheese was yogurt, which was placed in a kettle in the oven. The stove should not have been heated very hot. After this, the whey was decanted, and the resulting curd was placed under a press.

In order for the cottage cheese to last longer, the procedure was repeated. And after the second removal of the cottage cheese from the oven, it was placed again under a press and in a cold cellar. The result was cottage cheese that could be stored for a week. But they were already afraid of eating such a product in its raw form, so a lot of culinary recipes prepared from it appeared. One of the most famous dishes made from cottage cheese is, of course, cheesecakes.

Peel the banana, cut into medium-sized cubes and add to the dough for cheesecakes. Finally, add cinnamon to the dough and mix everything. The dough should be soft, slightly sticky to your hands, but not liquid.

Cut the resulting curd dough into portions and, sprinkle the work surface with flour, form cheesecakes from it. Place the cheesecakes on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment and greased with vegetable oil.

Place the baking sheet with banana cheesecakes in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the cheesecakes in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Ingredients

Cottage cheese150 g
Egg1 PC.
Sakha1 tbsp. l.
Banana1 PC.
Flour1 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon1 pinch
Oatmeal3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil4 tbsp. l.

The composition of the cottage cheese is very important for this recipe. Before using it, conduct an experiment: place a piece of cottage cheese in a heated frying pan with oil. If the cottage cheese begins to fry and turn pink, then it is natural; if it begins to melt and spread, it means that many additives have been added to it, and it will be quite difficult for you to get a quality product from this cottage cheese.

Step by step recipe

  1. Peel the banana and mash with a fork.

  2. Send here a pinch of cinnamon, 1 tbsp. l. sugar and stir.

  3. Add 1 egg, 150 g of cottage cheese, 3 tbsp. l. oatmeal and 1 tbsp. l. flour.

Recipe 6: homemade cheesecakes with banana (step by step)

The traditional taste of cheesecakes can be diversified, made warmer and brighter by adding banana pieces to the dough. Their taste, sunny and delicate, really pleases, especially young gourmets. The fastest way to cook cheesecakes with banana is probably in a frying pan. But the dietary option is cheesecakes in a slow cooker or in the oven.

  • cottage cheese 300 g
  • small egg 1 pc.
  • banana 1-2 pcs.
  • flour ½ or more tbsp.
  • sugar to taste
  • vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp.

We prepare the ingredients for making cheesecakes with banana.

For cooking, choose ripe, sweet bananas. If bananas are sweet, then you don’t need to add sugar: the cheesecakes will turn out naturally sweet.

I used dry cottage cheese in my recipe. Therefore, we didn’t have to add a lot of flour, and the cheesecakes turned out tender and airy.

Before use, the cottage cheese can be rubbed through a sieve to make it homogeneous. This way the cheesecakes will be more tender. And you don’t have to add baking powder or soda.

Add the egg and finely chopped banana pieces. I pre-rinse the egg in the shell and the banana in the peel with running water to prevent the entry of germs. It is better to cut bananas, since cubes allow the product to better hold its shape. While a banana crushed in a blender to a paste will only make the dough liquid.

Add enough flour to make the mixture thick and not very sticky. But you shouldn’t add too much, so as not to spoil the taste of the cheesecakes. You can then roll the cheesecakes in flour to keep their shape.

We tear off small pieces from the dough, roll them into balls and flatten them, giving the appearance of cheesecakes.

Meanwhile, heat a frying pan with oil well.

If desired, lightly bread the cheesecakes in flour and place in a frying pan. Fry over medium heat, first on one side, then on the other until golden brown.

Place the hot cheesecakes on a dish lined with napkins and let them cool and absorb the oil.

We serve cheesecakes with banana with jam, sweet sauce or sour cream, warm or cold.

Recipe 7: diet cheesecakes with banana (with photo)

Cheesecakes made from cottage cheese with banana (the recipe with photos will show each step step by step) will turn out a little denser than regular ones, only from cottage cheese. A mashed banana makes the cottage cheese liquid, and to thicken it, more flour is added in this recipe, which does not impair the taste at all. You will need to add one or two more spoons to the standard proportion (3 tablespoons of flour per pack of cottage cheese), but these are only recommendations; you can prepare cheesecakes that are more delicate in consistency. Depending on what additives you serve them with, the cheesecakes will have a different taste, but the banana aroma will remain in any case.

  • cottage cheese (not watery, well squeezed) – 200 g;
  • egg – 1 piece;
  • thick sour cream – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • flour – 4-5 tbsp. spoons + flour for cutting (2-3 tbsp);
  • sugar – 1.5 tbsp. spoons;
  • banana – 1 small;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. spoons.

To prepare cheesecakes from cottage cheese and banana, beat the egg and sugar with a whisk. In principle, if the banana is sweet and you want to reduce the calorie content of the cheesecakes, then you don’t have to add sugar. But often you come across bananas that are not ripe, they have almost no sweetness - in this case you cannot do without sugar or serve the finished dish with some sweet sauces.

The recipe uses homemade cottage cheese, it is flaky, fatty, and well pressed from the whey. If you bought it at the store and the cottage cheese is wet, hang it in a gauze bag over the sink or add more flour. For a more uniform consistency, the cottage cheese should be mashed with a masher or fork.

Add the egg beaten with sugar to the mashed cottage cheese and mix. At this stage, you can add vanilla sugar or any aromatic additives.

Mash the banana with a fork into a paste. Add to the curd mass, mix everything.

Sift the flour into a bowl with the curd mass, add a tablespoon at a time. Be sure to stir to control the consistency. You should get a viscous mass that will stick to the spoon.

Sift two or three tablespoons of flour onto a cutting board. Spread half the curd mass - this will make it easier to form the cheesecakes.

Roll in flour; the cottage cheese will take up about a third of the flour. You need to get such a consistency that you can roll a sausage with a diameter of about 5 cm.

Using a knife, cut the sausage into 4-5 pieces. Roll each one in flour, make a ball, then form a flat cake about 3 cm high. Transfer the curd-banana cheesecakes to a plate sprinkled with flour. We put the remaining cottage cheese on the board and make cheesecakes from it in the same way.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. We lay out the cheesecakes not close to each other. Fry over medium-low heat; with high heat, they will burn on the outside, but remain damp and heavy on the inside.

In three or four minutes the cheesecakes will brown and turn golden. Turn them over with two forks or a spatula and fry the other side. The time is also about three minutes. The fire can still be turned up, the oil is already hot, the temperature will be sufficient for even frying of the cheesecakes.

Serve the cottage cheese-banana cheesecakes hot, topped with pieces of fruit, sour cream, honey or any other sweet sauce. If you have frozen berries, chop them with sugar - this will also be a tasty and healthy addition to cheesecakes. Bon appetit!

Recipe 8, simple: homemade banana cheesecakes

The cheesecakes turned out tender, airy, aromatic and tasty.

  • cottage cheese – 200 g, not too crumbly;
  • banana – 1 pc.;
  • vanillin - a small pack;
  • flour – 3-5 tbsp. l.;
  • baking powder on the tip of a knife;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • sugar – 45 g;
  • butter or vegetable oil;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp. spoons.

Combine the egg, cottage cheese and sugar in one bowl, mix well.

If you decide to add dried fruits, then add them to the cottage cheese at this stage.

Add flour, baking powder and vanillin.

Cut the banana into small cubes.

Add it to the dough, which needs to be kneaded thoroughly.

Fry them in hot oil in a frying pan on 2 sides until golden brown.

Most likely, the cheesecakes will be greasy, so before placing them on a plate, you need to let the oil drain on a paper towel and then serve, pouring over the sweet sauce and garnishing with fruit. By the way, the dish can be topped with honey or yogurt, decorated with jam or well-whipped cream. And when kneading, you can use an apple, pear or carrot.

Cooking time: 45 minutes.

Calorie content: 2000 kcal (whole dish, 1000 g), 200 kcal (3 pieces, 100 g).

You need to prepare all the ingredients in advance.

Peel the bananas and cut into small pieces. Place them in a bowl and mash with a fork until almost smooth. Add cottage cheese to the bowl and also grind the whole mass until combined.

Add eggs to the resulting mass and beat everything with either a blender or a fork. Add sugar, salt. Stir everything for a few minutes.

Add semolina gradually and continue whisking.

Leave the dough to rest for 15 minutes. This will make the semolina a little softer, otherwise the cheesecakes may turn out very dry.

Place the frying pan on low heat. Add vegetable oil. Heat the pan for a few minutes.

2. Add sugar (white and vanilla), salt and soda to the curd mass. You can also add a little ground cinnamon, then mix the mixture well with a spoon or spatula.

4. Meanwhile, peel a ripe banana and soften it with a fork or blender to a puree consistency (if desired, just cut into small pieces if you like pieces of fruit in desserts). Add to the cottage cheese and stir with a spoon.

5. Sift the flour and add to the bowl with the other ingredients. Stir with a spoon or fork and set aside for 7-10 minutes.

Step-by-step recipe for making cottage cheese pancakes with bananas

The preparation of buns from cottage cheese and bananas consists of three stages:

  1. First we will prepare the necessary ingredients for the recipe.
  2. Then we will make cottage cheese-banana dough.
  3. Finally, fry the cheesecakes in a frying pan.

The entire process of preparing products will take us no more than 30 minutes.

Let's take for the recipe:

  • Cottage cheese – 400 g
  • Bananas – 2 pcs (small)
  • Semolina – 2-3 tbsp.
  • Baking powder for dough – 1 sachet
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Sugar and salt - to your taste

Step 1:

Peel the bananas and mash with a fork in a small bowl. You can use a blender, but why? It is easier to grind a small amount of the product directly in the bowl for preparing the dough.

Step 2:

Now we will sequentially add to the banana everything that is needed for frying the curds. You will see the whole process in a series of photos. Everything is done very quickly. When you start cooking, the pictures will help you quickly put the ingredients together, not miss anything and have time to fry the cheesecakes right for breakfast.

So, transfer the cottage cheese into a bowl with mashed banana. I forgot to warn you that cottage cheese should only be used dry, not wet. Otherwise, the curd mass will be liquid and you will have to add a lot of semolina.

Step 3:

It is enough to add a couple of tablespoons of semolina. More is allowed - one more, maximum two of the same spoons. I beat one egg into the mixture.

Step 4.

I added a bag of vanilla sugar and a teaspoon of baking powder for the dough. I didn't add sugar or salt. I like it better - the banana taste is good. But try adding a couple of pinches of salt and a tablespoon of sugar. You might like it better.

Step 5:

Now you can stir the dough. I stirred it very thoroughly. Some housewives advise grinding the cottage cheese through a sieve. Yes, then you will completely get rid of lumps and the dough will become smooth. But time! Extra hassle, but for me it’s still delicious!
