- High-quality butter - no more than 15 grams;

It is also necessary to choose a frying pan that has a non-stick coating, this will allow the omelette not to burn during cooking. The frying pan is moved to the stove, and then several pieces of butter are placed on it, while the fire should burn low. It is necessary that the butter not only melts, but also warms up well in a hot frying pan.
While the container on the stove is warming up, it’s worth preparing the omelette mass, for this we will need a deep bowl to make it easier to beat the eggs, it’s also worth taking a whisk. Break the eggs one at a time into a bowl, and then add the required amount of salt and rich sour cream there. The resulting composition is carefully whisked with a whisk to obtain a homogeneous mass; if desired, a mixer is used for good whipping. Once the mixture is smooth and has small bubbles, you can use the mixture to make a quick breakfast.
