- Granulated sugar to taste (about 150 grams);
- 60 grams of butter (soft);
- Ground cinnamon to taste (50 grams).

1. The dough, if it is frozen, must be completely defrosted and then rolled out into a thin layer, no more than 5 millimeters thick.

- A glass of warm kefir;
- A teaspoon of salt;
- 7 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 4 and a half cups sifted flour;
- Half a glass of sugar.
Glass – 300 grams.
Preparation:
1.Mix milk with kefir. If they are just from the refrigerator, it is better to warm them up a little, but under no circumstances boil them! They should be warm and tolerable to your finger.
2. Dissolve salt, soda and granulated sugar here. Pour in the oil.
3.Gradually, in several stages, add flour, stirring until smooth after each time. As a result, you should have a tight, elastic dough. Leave it alone for 15 minutes.
4. Divide it into equal small pieces and roll each into a ball.
5. Roll out each bun into a layer and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Then roll it into a tight roll. In the center, along, make a not very deep cut.
