3 apples, 120 g butter, 0.5 cups sugar, 1 cup and 2 tbsp. spoons of flour, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 4 tbsp. l milk, 2 tbsp. spoons of raisins, ground cinnamon, lemon zest.
Peel the apples, grate 2 apples, add 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar. Melt 1 tbsp in a frying pan. a spoonful of butter and fry the grated apples and sugar in it a little. Sprinkle them with cinnamon and leave to cool. Soak raisins in water.

Dough preparation method
Preparing the dough is the most difficult part of this recipe, but even a beginner can handle it.
1. First, you need to separate the eggs into yolks and whites. There are different recipes for separating egg yolks from whites; the most convenient way to do this is with special separators. But if you don’t have them in your kitchen, it doesn’t matter.
The easiest way to do this without the help of kitchen appliances is to first cool the eggs (this makes it easier to separate the whites from the yolks), then poke a small hole with a needle or the tip of a knife and carefully pour in the whites. The yolk will remain in the shell. Or another way: carefully break the egg onto a wide plate and slowly remove the yolk with your fingers.
Be sure to wash your eggs in hot water first to avoid salmonella contamination. Place the separated whites in the refrigerator, as they whip better when cooled.
2. Next you will need a deep saucepan for the stove: melt the butter in it (it is important not to overheat it), remove from the stove and add sugar and vanillin to the resulting mass.
3. Then add the yolks one at a time, stirring thoroughly, and sour cream. In this recipe, it is advisable to use sour cream with a fat content of 20-30%; it is less liquid and the dough will not spread much.
Now you can add flour mixed with baking powder. You need to mix flour with baking powder in a separate bowl, otherwise the baking powder, once in the liquid, will form lumps and will not be distributed throughout the entire mass.
4. Remove the egg whites from the refrigerator, beat them until they form a thick foam and add them to the dough. Beat the resulting dough thoroughly until it becomes homogeneous; there should be no lumps or undissolved sugar.
5. Now you can pour the dough into a baking dish with a diameter of 20-25 centimeters and level it with a spatula. You can line the bottom of the pan with baking paper so that the finished cake does not stick and is easier to remove.
Decorating the pie with apples
For a Cornish apple pie you will need 3-4 medium sized apples.
1. Wash them thoroughly, peel, remove seeds and cut into thin slices. It is best to take apples that will give the recipe maximum juiciness: green, sour, hard. For example, the varieties “Simirenko” and “Grenny” are ideal.
2. Insert the apple slices into the dough in a circle with the convex side up, placing the slices close to each other. The more apples that fit on the surface of the product, the juicier it will be!
3. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top; it combines with vanilla and apples to give the baked goods an irresistible flavor.
Baking
Now you can begin the final stage of the recipe - baking.
1. Place the pan with the product in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 45-50 minutes. You can check the degree of readiness of the dessert with a toothpick - if, after piercing the delicacy, it remains dry, then the dessert is ready. If the crumpet is raw, dough will remain on the stick.
2. When the cooking time is up, turn off the oven and let the cake stand for another 5 minutes in the closed oven. It should be remembered that the door should not be opened during the first 20 minutes of baking, as raw baked goods may settle. To ensure that the product does not burn, place a pinch of salt under the baking sheet or place a frying pan with water.
3. Remove the cake from the oven, remove from the pan onto a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cornish apple pie is ready.

Separate the yolks from the whites, pour the whites into a separate rather deep bowl and put them in the refrigerator.
Mix softened butter with sugar, vanillin and salt using a mixer. Take a larger mixing bowl, there will be a lot of dough.

In a separate container, mix the flour well with baking powder, add it to the dough in a couple of steps and work briefly with the mixer until a thick, homogeneous mass is obtained.

We stick the slices in orderly rows (and in circles in round shapes) into the dough until the end. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. If you like cinnamon, you can sprinkle it on it too.

The baking time depends significantly on the type of oven you have and on the presence of a domestic attribute of a gas oven - a saucepan with water. The main thing is not to open the oven for the first 20 minutes so that the biscuit does not settle. I check the readiness of the pie with a long wooden skewer (the kind used to bake meat), it’s very convenient.

Cut the bread into cubes and add lemon juice. Beat the butter with a mixer and mix it with pine nuts.
