  • 2 g citric acid;
  • 200 ml water.

Preparation:

  1. Peel off the top layer of carrots and rinse thoroughly under running water;
  2. We send it to the juicer and wait for it to finish its work;
  3. Pour the juice into a clean container and set aside for 30-40 minutes to infuse;
  4. Strain through gauze folded in several layers;
  5. We have a concentrate, so it should be broken up with cold water (200 ml), which should be boiled in advance;
  6. Pour the liquid into a saucepan, put it on the stove and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat so that there is no strong boiling, and cook for about 10 minutes;
  7. Place citric acid and granulated sugar into a saucepan;
  8. Remove from heat when the sugar crystals have completely dissolved;
  9. Pour into glass jars and cover with a lid;
  10. Sterilize in the container for 25 minutes after the water boils;

After completing all the procedures, close the jars tightly with metal lids, and after cooling, put them in a cool place for long-term storage.

  • 2 cups diced carrots;
  • one and a half glasses of filtered water;
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled, sliced ​​and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple pulp, diced;
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger;
  • 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric (or cinnamon);
  • 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice (~ 1/2 lemon);
  • 1 cup heavy cream.

How to make a flavorful smoothie?

Make carrot juice by blending the root vegetable and filtered water in a high-speed blender on high. Place a large thin towel or cheesecloth over a bowl and pour the juice on top. Then lift the corners of the towel and begin to twist it and squeeze out the juice until all the liquid is extracted.

Then add all the smoothie ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth and homogeneous. Add more carrot juice or cream if you have trouble blending. If necessary, clean the sides of the blender jar.

Taste and adjust flavorings as needed, adding more banana or pineapple for sweetness, lemon for acidity, ginger for bite and turmeric for heat. Divide between two glasses and serve. It's best when the smoothie is fresh. You can also make a vegan version of this drink by replacing the regular creamer with coconut cream.

How to prepare carrot juice with pulp for the winter

The vegetable drink will be even healthier if you prepare it with pulp, that is, we will not use a juicer. It's very easy to cook and you don't need any special skills.

Ingredients:

  • 3 kg carrots;
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar;
  • 4 liters of water.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the peeled carrots into small cubes;
  2. Place into a blender bowl. To make the equipment work easier, add water (about 1 liter per 1 kg of vegetables). Grind for a few minutes;
  3. Pour into a saucepan and place on the stove. After boiling, remove the foam and cook the carrot mixture until tender;
  4. Remove from heat, let cool slightly and beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained;
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the syrup. To do this, add sugar to a container with a liter of water, mix and bring to a boil;
  6. Place the liquid mass back on the stove and pour in the syrup. After boiling, cook over low heat for about 5 minutes;
  7. Distribute into sterile jars and seal.

Before use, dilute the concentrate with pulp with water or some juice, preferably apple juice.

We cannot ignore another recipe for a wonderful drink. It can be eaten fresh or stored in jars for the winter. The process is quite simple and fast.

Ingredients:

  • 4 kg pumpkin pulp;
  • 2 kg carrots;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 4 oranges;
  • 650 g granulated sugar.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the pumpkin and pass it through a juicer;
  2. In a similar way, squeeze the juice from carrots and peeled oranges;
  3. Pour into one pan and add twice as much water as juice;
  4. Add citrus peels, sugar, and the juice of half a lemon. Mix everything and bring to a boil;

This is a healthy drink with the taste of a world famous dessert. For it you will need:

  • 1 cup carrots, peeled and chopped;
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen;
  • 1 large date;
  • 1 cup heavy cream;
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract;
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon;
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger;
  • a pinch of nutmeg;
  • a pinch of cloves.
