Preparation

Peel the onion, chop finely and fry with minced meat in olive oil. Drain liquid from corn and beans, remove seeds from bell peppers and cut into cubes.

Add vegetables to the minced meat when it becomes soft. Season with salt and pepper, add ¾ of grated cheese, garlic powder and other spices, and pour in tomato sauce. Stir and simmer for a few more minutes.

Sprinkle tortillas with remaining cheese. Place the filling on them, roll them into envelopes and hold them in a dry hot frying pan for 1-2 minutes.

Determine the readiness of the dish by the color of the meat. The pieces of minced meat should be brown, and there should be no pink or red pieces in the pan. On average, frying time is up to 20 minutes. It is advisable to simmer the fried minced meat a little. Do not remove it from the frying pan, but pour half a glass of water into it, turn the heat to low, and cover the frying pan with a lid. You can use broth instead of water. Simmer the minced meat for 15-18 minutes and transfer to a colander. Carefully drain the water and grease into the sink. Use a spatula to keep the meat from falling.   • stir continuously and fry, kneading with a spoon;

  • stir, fry for a couple of minutes and remove the pan from the stove.

For the first, only 15 minutes is enough, while the second will need to simmer a little longer.

How long does it take to fry ground beef? To make the dish tasty, it must be stewed. Fry the minced meat for 5-7 minutes, then close the lid, add a little broth and simmer for another 17-20 minutes.

Keftedes

This is a traditional dish of Greek cuisine, which is juicy balls of minced meat and vegetables. Keftedes can be served separately (they go well with beer) or with a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef;
  • 2–3 medium onions;
  • 2 slices of white bread;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 egg;
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley;
  • 4 tablespoons milk;
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar;
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
  • 10 mint leaves;
  • salt and ground black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation

Soak the bread in milk. Squeeze and add minced meat, egg, chopped onion, garlic, parsley and mint. Mix well. Salt, pepper, add oregano, sprinkle with olive oil and vinegar. Mix again, preferably with your hands.

Cover the bowl of minced meat with cling film and place in the refrigerator for an hour. During this time, the spices will release their aroma, and the meat will release juice (it will need to be drained). If you don't have ground beef, use lamb or pork and chicken (50/50).

Form the minced meat into balls and fry them in a large amount of very hot vegetable oil. Place the finished keftedes on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Beef Wellington is an expensive, festive dish. But you can simplify it by replacing the beef tenderloin with ground meat. The result will be no worse.

  • 1 kg minced beef;
  • 500 g puff pastry;
  • 200 g mushrooms;
  • 100 g tomato sauce;
  • 25 g butter;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 3 onions;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • parsley and other greens - to taste;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation

Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic and herbs. Add 3 eggs and mix well. Place in a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes. Cool.

Fry the mushrooms with the remaining garlic. The mushrooms will release liquid - fry until it evaporates.

Roll out the puff pastry, place the cooled mushrooms and a loaf of minced meat on it. Wrap the roll. Beat 1 egg and brush the roll with it. Make slits on top of the dough.

Bake at the same temperature for 30–40 minutes.

  • Any minced meat should be fried with onions. It will add tenderness and an extraordinary aroma. If you don't like this vegetable, you can try chopping it very finely.
  • First, add the onions to the frying pan. We will talk further about how much minced chicken and beef is fried, but the most important thing is that the onion cooked until transparent will be almost invisible. But despite this, it will play a role in the finished dish.
  • For 500 g of minced meat, one medium onion is enough. If you plan to cook navy pasta, you can also chop one carrot. It will turn out incredibly tasty. The main thing is to fry until golden brown and make sure it doesn’t burn.
  • It is very important to defrost the minced meat in advance. Now it can be sent to vegetables.
  • Stir occasionally to separate all the pieces.
  • And now the most important thing is how long the minced chicken and beef is fried. After the meat has darkened, you need to reduce the heat to low and cover the pan with a lid. After five minutes, you can add 100 ml of water to prevent the meat from burning. Simmer the minced meat for 20 minutes. This is for your safety.

How to fry cutlets correctly

To make it tasty, you need to take meat with fat. Then the dish will be juicy. Use various additives to make your food even more delicious. White bread or a bun works great for this purpose. Soak it in milk and mix with the total mass. You can add fried but already cooled onions, seasonings and mayonnaise.

You can make cutlets from the resulting mass. To do this, you need to roll them in flour or breadcrumbs. Fry in a hot frying pan, at a short distance from each other. When a golden brown crust has formed, the cutlet needs to be turned over to the other side. How long does it take to fry cutlets from minced meat in a frying pan? About 7 minutes on each side.   • Garlic – 2 cloves;
  • Onions (preferably red) – 1 pc.;
  • Ground pepper - to taste;
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.;
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp;
  • Spices (any) - to taste;
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Celery (stem) – 1 pc.

How to properly fry minced meat in a frying pan

  1. We grind the meat in a meat grinder and get minced meat in its pure form, without impurities or additives.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the resulting meat product into it.
  3. Distribute the meat evenly in the pan, simmer it over medium heat in its own juices until it is slightly browned.
  4. While the meat is stewing, we begin to prepare the carrots: peel them, rinse them, and cut them into thin half rings.
  5. We also chop the onion, then chop the celery.
  6. When all the liquid has evaporated from the frying pan and the minced meat has acquired the brownish tint we need, add salt, pepper, and your favorite spices (thyme and rosemary are excellent).
  7. Press the garlic under pressure and add it to the browned meat.
  8. Next, put the chopped vegetables in the pan, pour soy sauce over everything, mix the products and give them a little more time to cook.
  9. Simmer the dish over medium heat (if the meat starts to burn, add a little broth or water) until the vegetables soften. This completes the simple preparation.

How long does it take on average to roast minced meat at home? – 30-40 minutes. However, even such a low indicator can become even lower if the minced meat is prepared in advance and used already defrosted.

Frozen meat after defrosting will be no worse than freshly twisted meat, but there is no need to freeze and thaw it many times.

  • Minced meat 350 g;
  • Onions 150 g;
  • Carrots 150 g;
  • Vegetable oil 30 g;
  • Salt – 0.5 tsp;
  • Ground pepper.

How to cook pasta with minced meat in a frying pan

Take the required amount of pasta. You can use shells, feathers or spiral pasta. Boil lightly salted water, then add the pasta and cook until done. Afterwards, tip the finished shells into a colander, rinse well with hot water and let the water drain for 7-10 minutes.

Peel and cut the onion into cubes or half rings. For variety, you can use Crimean or onions. Add chopped onion to a hot frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.

Peel the carrots. Cut into thin slices or grate on a fine grater. Add to the fried onions and continue to cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. If you wish, you can add a little vegetable oil or boiled water so that the carrots can stew.

Add minced meat to the fried vegetables. You can use pork, chicken or assorted. Fry over low heat until fully cooked. It will take you 8-10 minutes. Be sure to add salt, pepper and spices according to your preference.

All that remains is to add boiled pasta to the finished meat dressing. Mix the pan thoroughly and continue to simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Taste and season with ground pepper and salt if necessary. At this step, at the end of frying, you can add freshness to the dish by garnishing it with herbs - dill, parsley and others.

  2. Place the minced meat (if it was frozen, defrost it in advance) and the onion in one bowl, knead it thoroughly with your hands.
  3. Sprinkle the meat with pepper and salt.
  4. Heat the frying pan in oil, place the minced meat and onions on the hot bottom, fry the product over medium heat (stirring occasionally) for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Cook the pasta until cooked, drain the water from the pan, and transfer the products themselves to the frying pan with the minced meat.
  6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Fry the pasta navy style for 5 minutes over low (closer to medium) heat.
