With mushrooms

Take two hundred grams of canned mushrooms and fifteen grams of dried ones. Cut the first ones, and pre-wash the second ones, fill them with water, and leave them for a while. Drain the liquid and chop the mushrooms. And then simmer in a frying pan with oil until the water completely disappears. Now mix all the mushrooms with cottage cheese, which you need to take two hundred and fifty grams, salt and pepper. Boil and stuff the shells. Grease a baking sheet and place the pasta on it. Pour about six hundred grams of tomato sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top. Place the pasta stuffed with minced meat in the oven and bake for about half an hour at 200 degrees. We will make minced meat from cod fillet, one egg and one yolk, beets, onions, and bread. We pass it all through a meat grinder. It is better if the minced meat is small and small. Add eggs, salt, spices to it, mix and leave in the refrigerator for about twenty minutes. Just at this time we prepare the sauce. For it we need frozen krill meat, sour cream and cream, cheese and butter. Melt the latter in a frying pan, add the krill and simmer over low heat for about five minutes, then add sour cream, add cheese and simmer for another three minutes.
