Adyghe cheese is prepared without rennet and is considered a vegetarian cheese! Give preference to this product when preparing vegetarian dishes or during fasting.
- 1 kg cauliflower

Wash the cauliflower, disassemble it into large inflorescences, add salt to the water, boil the vegetable not completely, leaving it half raw (half cooked), half - since the minced cabbage will still be fried in oil.
Chop the cabbage with a knife, chop with a potato masher or blender. It is not necessary to grind into a homogeneous mass; small pieces are acceptable.
Add finely grated Adyghe cheese.
Add salt and spices. I take ground paprika, curry, turmeric, ground black pepper and always some black Indian salt and asafoetida.
Add semolina, mix everything well, form small cutlets, they form easily, do not stick to your hands and do not fall apart. Bread them in flour.
Fry the cutlets on both sides in vegetable oil until beautifully browned and thin crispy. You'll get a whole plate of delicious cabbage cutlets.
Serve them hot!
White cabbage cutlets with semolina and egg

Place the prepared onion there, break the eggs and mix well. Gradually add semolina, finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Now you need to knead everything thoroughly, leave for 10 minutes until the semolina swells

Let's form small cutlets, you need to be careful here, they must keep their shape, otherwise they will spread when frying. Fry in a heated frying pan until golden brown. This will take approximately five minutes for each side. Cover with a lid and let steam for a few minutes.

You will need:
- 0.5 kg. – cabbage
- 100 gr. – small oat flakes
- 1 PC. - large onion
- 2 tbsp. spoons - wheat flour
- 100 gr. – breadcrumbs
- Mix of spices and salt - to taste
1. Pour boiling water over the flakes and leave covered for 10-15 minutes.
2. Boil the prepared inflorescences in salted water for 6-7 minutes, let the water drain, finely rub the ruby with a knife.
3. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent.
4. Combine all ingredients, mix, add flour for thickness, mix again.
5. Form beautiful cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs, fry on both sides until cooked.
