  • unflavored olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • mild mustard (Dijon) - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • butter, salt.

  • peppercorns – 4-5 pcs.;
  • bay leaf – 1-2 pcs.;
  • thyme - sprig;

Stages of work:

  1. Remove the marinade from the beans, rinse them in cold water, then drain them in a colander.
