Cooking method:

To facilitate the process, after stripping the pulp, freeze it slightly: the meat will become dense, and a beautiful cutting shape is guaranteed. But do not overfreeze: the meat should remain fresh. Sharpen the knife blade before starting work.
  1. Heat the frying pan high. Grease with a small amount of vegetable fat, throw in spices crushed in a mortar. Don't add salt. After a minute, start frying the pork, in small portions. The best time for transplanting is the beginning of spring or autumn. If there is a need to transplant a rose in the summer, then the procedure is carried out on a cloudy day. Before transplanting, the stems are shortened and the buds are cut off. The rose is dug around with a diameter of 50 cm and transferred to a new place along with a lump of earth. Compliance with this condition allows you to reduce damage to the horse system and speed up the process of adaptation to a new place.

Wintering

The Avalange variety is characterized by high frost resistance. Without shelter, it can withstand cold temperatures down to -7 degrees. To tolerate lower temperatures, the rose will need to create a shelter. To do this, a circle of soil with a diameter of up to 30 cm is poured around the root system. The cut stems are covered with dense material and covered with a peat layer.

You need to water the rose often, but in moderation, so that the root system does not begin to rot and the plant does not get sick and die. Before planting the seedling, it needs to be kept in water for a short time. For planting, you need to choose a time when the soil is completely warm. In some regions this may be April, and in others it may be May.

You need to water the rose at least once a week. You are guided by the amount of rain that falls. Don't forget about pruning and fertilizing the variety. Both chemical and organic fertilizers are suitable for feeding. Fertilizers should be applied in May and July. Before the buds appear, in the spring, you need to prune the bushes. It is very important to cover the bush in the fall before the winter months.

In the middle zone and to the north, planting is carried out in the spring (April-May). In autumn, planting is done taking into account the fact that the plant must have time to take root by winter.

Suitable soil acidity ranges from 5.3 to 7.3 pH. Ideal values ​​are from 5.6 to 6.5 ph. Manure or peat can be used for acidification, and lime or ash for alkalization.

In dry, warm weather, this should be done twice a week. Closer to autumn, watering is gradually stopped. It ends completely in September.

Top dressing

In spring, the plant is fed with nitrogen fertilizers. In summer, potassium and phosphorus are added. The addition of organic vermicompost or humus is important throughout the growing season.

Roses need systematic loosening of the soil and weeding to remove weeds.

Trimming

To one degree or another, the plant is pruned throughout the growing season.
