A very simple recipe. The dish is prepared in just 15 minutes. Can be served as a full meal or snack
Ingredients:
- Half a kilo of blue ones
- 3.5 tbsp. l. starch
- 6 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- 0.5 tsp. salt
Sauce:
- Ginger root – 3 centimeters
- 3 tbsp. l. 9% vinegar
- One sweet pepper
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- 1.5 tsp. starch
- 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp. l. honey
- Fresh cilantro, sesame seeds to taste
Preparation:
Dissolve one and a half teaspoons of starch in half a glass of water. Leave to stand while the rest of the ingredients are prepared.
We wash and wipe the vegetables. Cut into long bars, 1-1.5 cm thick. If the vegetables are not large, you can cut them into quarters lengthwise
Place them in a bowl. Sprinkle a little salt, add 3.5 tbsp. l. starch, mix everything thoroughly. Heat 6 tbsp in a frying pan. l. butter, place the blue ones here in one layer. Fry them until golden brown on all sides.
Finely chop the garlic and ginger. Heat the oil in another frying pan. Fry the ginger and garlic for no more than half a minute
Then add finely chopped sweet pepper. Fry for about a minute. Then add honey and sugar. When everything is dissolved, pour in soy sauce, vinegar, stir, and let it boil. After this, pour in the starch diluted in water. Stirring constantly, cook for 2 minutes.
We transfer the blue ones into our thick sauce, stir them well so that each slice is in the sauce. Sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro and sesame seeds.
