You can use any ingredients for the filling: stewed vegetables, mushrooms, buckwheat, herbs, nuts. We choose the fish according to weight at our discretion; you can take a not very large fish, weighing a little more than one kilogram.

Ingredients:

  • three onions (two heads for filling);
  • carrot;
  • three large champignons;
  • 180 g cheese;
  • 110 ml mayonnaise;
  • oil, spices.

Cooking method:

  1. First, let's make the filling; to do this, fry chopped onions and carrots in hot oil. As soon as the vegetables become soft, add finely chopped mushrooms and simmer for about five minutes, the filling should be juicy.
  2. Add grated cheese (100 g) to the hot roast and mix.
  3. We take a silver carp, fill the belly with stuffing and sew it up with thread. Season the surface with salt and any fish seasonings.
  4. Grease a baking sheet, lay out the onion rings and place the silver carp on the onion bed, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and make a grid of mayonnaise.
  5. Bake the fish for an hour (temperature 170°C).

Silver carp fat is very similar in composition to marine life, so it can be used to make balyk, either cured or in a smokehouse.

There are many variations in preparing snacks. And here is one of them. You will need:

  • silver carp fillet (500 g);
  • vegetable oil (30 ml);
  • mustard (1/2 part tsp);
  • salt (3 tsp);
  • granulated sugar (half a tsp);
  • 9% vinegar (3 tsp);
  • dill.

Technology:

  1. If the fillet is soft, put it in the freezer. Let the fish freeze a little.
  2. We cut the prepared fillet into slices no thicker than 0.5 mm. The thinner the silver carp is cut, the better.
  3. Add all the spices from the recipe and chopped dill to the fish. Mix thoroughly.

Place the dish in the refrigerator for the next 8 - 10 hours. This time is enough for the heh to marinate and be ready to serve.
